Hotel Happy Inn - AC & Non AC Rooms

My stay at this happy ins hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out to provide the ultimate comfort and luxury. The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it difficult to leave in the morning. The attention to detail was evident in the furnishings, from the plush armchairs to the stylish desk and lighting. The bathroom was a standout feature, featuring a deep soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, and high-end toiletries that added an extra touch of luxury. The towels were soft, and there were more than enough for both bath and hand use.

Very pathetic service and rude behaviour by the staffs Mr Nafeel and Mr. Saravanan. The rooms are dirty, dusty and the place looks shady. We struggled to reach the location. maybe I'll recommend this place to my enemies.

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Place! Last week, my family and I had the misfortune of staying at this property, and it was an utterly unpleasant experience. Based on the photos shown on Google, we expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. However, the reality was far from it. Room Condition: The room we were given looked nothing like the photos we saw online. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation. The place was dirty and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The floor was dusty, and the furniture had visible stains and marks. To make matters worse, there were used clothes left in the wardrobe, which was not only unhygienic but also very unprofessional. Hygiene Issues: The toilet was the worst part of our stay. It was extremely unclean and smelled terrible, making it practically unusable. There was no way my family or I could feel comfortable using it. Note to the management: Please focus on cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring your rooms match the advertised photos. Guest satisfaction starts with basic hygiene. I AM EDITING MY REVIEW TO RESPOND TO THE REPLY TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE RENOVATION AND WAS HANDED THE KEY ONLY AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT.

Rooms are good and clean, but the bathrooms were not maintained properly. Receptionist was good and friendly.

This is a small hotel. You can prefer this for one night stay. We were on our way to Salem and have to get a stay just to sleep. So took this. Ok for just one night stay. Most of the people coming to Karuppagam university opt this. This is a better option for students coming from different places to the university. The room is small consisting of a bed, table and chair, wardrobe, television and a mirror. Ac and Non-Ac rooms are available. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. The mirror in the bathroom was full of dirt. It would be good if the hotel can clean the bathroom neatly.

We had a very unsatisfactory stay at the hotel we selected for our cycling journey via Valparai. Even with the glowing ratings, there was still a lot that the service, especially for families, lacked. The workers wanted to communicate in their own tongue, which made communication challenging. The blankets were stained, the fans were dirty, and the rooms were ill-maintained. The air conditioning system also kept breaking down, turning off every twenty minutes. Avoiding this hotel is highly recommended if you want a more enjoyable stay. *Strictly Not For Families* also staff is very rude towards the customers

*Strictly not for Families* Terrible experience. To start with, the location is not near the highway. Next, the rooms were not similar to that, seen in Google photos. Bedsheets were not clean and wash basin pipe was not properly fixed. Above all that, the service was intolerable. The so called "receptionist's" behaviour was very rude. From refusing to change the bedsheet first, to telling us to "get out", his attitude was horrible. We had to leave that place at midnight. If anyone is planning to go there after seeing the images from google, please don't do so. Even that guy told us that we should have asked him for pictures personally and not refer Google.
