Very worst stay experience in my 15 years of travel. Staffs never responded for anything. They are very rude in behaviour stayed in hotel for a week for son sports event total waste of money. This is not a hotel for family. If you go with friends also you won't get any service or assistant from hotel. Management is aware of all this but no action. All one week stay is headache for us. Due to paid 100% payment we spend hard 5 days with this ruthless people. * non cleaniness room. *Ac room but not work for most of the time. * TV not work in any room. *Restroom not properly maintained. * Bed is very hard to sleep. * not enough bedsheets * wifi available only outside rooms and reception. * Dark walking path in floors no proper lights. If anyone travelling for vacation peaceful and enjoyment this hotel is not for those members and especially not for family.

I recently stayed at here and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite being somewhat clean, the room was far from comfortable, with a hard bed and subpar bathroom facilities. The air conditioning was the only aspect that worked well. Given the high cost of the room, the value for money was extremely poor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the room quality.

Giving very poor service staffs are very disappointing not giving proper service two reception staffs are uncultured . If we see there behavior they are the customers and we are the staff we stay one week there but the staff not clean the room also several time we are asked them to clean but they are not doing there job properly The kerala staff and the tamil staff bot are very arrogant if the owner see the comments please teach them how to behave to the customer

We had a wonderful service with all facilities. It's very budget friendly rooms this one of the best hotel I had stayed

We tried calling u for booking all the room for an event, bt we got very worst response when we enquire. Not sure if the owner is aware about this, if the spoke person is like that definety you won't get any customers.

Worst one, we booked 2 rooms and they charged 4k for Non- Ac rooms and it was a very bad experience there is no heater as we want to leave early morning to catch our flight but the receptionist is telling there is no heater in the early morning and trying to boil the water using sticks and he was not able to donit and asking to wait for 30mins. Even the hospitality was very poor an careless!! Waste of money rooms are very old and charing more!! Zero star for this hotel

The manager doesn't have manner to talk to a lady. 5 of us students traveled to this city first time and made booking at this place. We reached at 10:00 pm, about to check out at 8:00 am in morning. He started shouting and started Gender shaming me. I even asked to give ladies separate room, I'm ready to pay extra but he started commenting bad things. I would never recommend any girl going here or you'll get shamed. Bad hospitality ever.
