Worst Hotel Experience - Deceptive Pricing and Unhygienic Stay! There is no option to give a 0-star rating. If it were possible to rate 0, I would. I had a very, very horrible experience when I booked this stay. The rooms were not clean, the bed was in terrible condition, and the toilet was unhygienic. The receptionist and owner's behavior was very strange. The booked price changed when we arrived, and they demanded additional cash for the stay. I reached the hotel at 2 AM with my family, including my 4-year-old child. Despite booking an AC room, they gave it to someone else and forced us to stay in a non-AC room at double the price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! An Unmitigated Disaster. This hotel was, without a doubt, the worst lodging experience I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that something was terribly wrong. The staff were shockingly unhelpful and seemed completely disinterested in providing even basic customer service. Requests were met with blank stares and a general air of incompetence. The owner, when finally located, proved to be equally unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. Any attempt to address issues was met with hostility and a complete lack of understanding. Frankly, the level of unprofessionalism displayed by both the staff and the owner was astounding. The entire atmosphere felt disorganized and chaotic. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. This hotel is a complete waste of money and a surefire way to ruin your trip. I strongly advise you to run, not walk, away from this establishment. You will regret booking a room here. Consider this a serious warning.

Horrific Midnight Experience - Avoid at All Costs. I booked two rooms at this hotel for one night through Flipkart, paying the full amount online in advance. To ensure a smooth late arrival (around 1 AM), I contacted Flipkart customer service multiple times, both during and after the booking process, to confirm the reservation and explicitly request they notify the hotel of our late check-in. Despite these assurances, upon arriving at 2 AM with my 4-year-old daughter, we were met with utter chaos and unprofessionalism. The receptionist claimed our pre-paid booking was insufficient and demanded additional payment. They informed us that the AC rooms we had booked were given to other guests and offered only non-AC rooms, but only if we paid extra. The rooms they initially showed us were also in a deplorable, messy state. Imagine being stranded on the street at 2 AM with a young child, after having paid in full and confirmed your booking multiple times. This hotel's complete disregard for confirmed reservations and their blatant attempt to extort more money is unacceptable. Their customer service is non-existent, and their rooms are not as advertised. This experience was a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and potential danger of being left stranded in the middle of the night. Do not book this hotel. You have been warned.

This is a residential home, not a proper OYO. I'm not sure if it's even legal to convert a residential house into an OYO. There is no water facility, the rates are too high for what is offered, and there is no front desk for assistance. Access to basic amenities is very difficult. This is the worst OYO experience I've had. Please don't choose this place to stay--it's very bad

Rooms are not like in the pictures. Very bad service. Very rude and adamant person running the property.

Room was too small no basic amenities.. Like television wardrobe etc... Bathroom was below average.. Was not clean... Room rent was high without basic amenities was too much... No keys for the room and you cannot lock it...

Hi i have booked this room for 3 nights when I reach there there was lot's of construction work going own in the building there was no mirror cupboard room was not cleal and they where provide used bed sheet and blanket we feel unfortunately and i paid only for 1 night in the toilet there was not water always we need to call them and wait for long time to get water Next day early morning water was leaking from upstairs to the bedroom when I inform them they simply remove the fan and request me to continue there you can see there was no option to continue there as the bed was full dusty because of water the worst place I have stayed in my life don't book this hotel better theres more option just for small different own price
