SUDHA GRAND

Stayed at Sudha Grand Hotel in Pallavaram, Chennai for a day. The hotel is new and well-maintained. Room was spacious, and the bed and mattress were very comfortable. Receptionist Sudhakar was very cooperative and attentive. One suggestion: adding a couple of chairs in the room would be helpful. Parking was a bit difficult. The location is convenient--close to Chennai International Airport. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

New property, just 5 mins drive from airport. Excellent for an overnight stay near airport for couples and families. Staff is helpful. Rooms are brand new, with comfortable beds and all amenities for a layover. On the main highway, so easy to reach.

The best around this area t om Guindy to Tambaram... I bet that u cannot find one such even If u pay double. I shall stay here everytime I visit this side. Thanks to the Owner for personalized care over the business.

They run a laundry scam here. I asked about their in-house laundry service and they told me 55INR to have my laundry ready by the next morning. Not only was my laundry not ready until late in the afternoon (I had to change my plans because of this), it was incomplete (articles of clothing were missing), and my clothes were returned still dirty! In addition to all of that, older guy at the front desk ended up charging me 750INR for it! That's a far cry from the original price of 55INR and especially considering the terrible job they did. They gave me no explanation why and compensation for this headache. Seems like they run a laundry scam here. Maybe they target me because I am a foreigner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Very worst experience. We booked the room for 1 night for my family and there is no any room service , No hot water avilable and there is no even a room boybavilable to help us. Apart fron location nothing is good about this property.

Excellent Property. Please go for it worth it... every thing is new it's like you are using it for first time. Staff is good.
