Good location is the only good point. Otherwise poorly maintained. Rooms extremely small. Unclean bathrooms. Mosquitoes are plenty and horrible. Front desk said plainly "they can't help. Mosquitoes are everywhere" They challenged us to find a hotel without mosquitoes in entire chennai!! Stay with them at your own risk. You won't be able sleep peacefully.

Ok place good for bachelors mostly or a family of two, located on main road in busy area so good.
The room and location is ok . But the staff here is terrible . They are not customer friendly . I wouldn't recommend this place to others .
I stayed two nights - AC and Geyser were effective. The rooms spacious and comfortable
