Ponni's Grand Inn

While checking in at 11:00 pm, we were informed that the air conditioner was not working. Then we were searching for accommodation at the time with family. It's the worst experience for us.

Clean hotel room with basic necessities. A/c works pretty well. They keep the room clean. Breakfast is excellent. Great coffee. Wifi in 4th floor is not strong enough. Service personal are very kind.

International ternational travellers be very careful. Your credit card won't be accepted for payments since they use only UPI service. With Agoda you can only book. But you have to pay in person. So you will be stuck. Rooms are pricey.

Excellent service. Room is very good. Break fast complimentary. Thier resturant service Chariot is simply great. The room is cleaned daily. Dental kit is available. Room has TV, teapoy, work table, chair Well maintained. I even saw them cleaning and mopping the lift.

Lousy service. Too much smoking not good for family. No fan available. Rooftop too sultry humid.

There is a roof top Thai restaurant where they serve liquor's too. Place is very peaceful and prices are not very affordable.

Awesome food and service ! Had a good family dinner time with delicious food. Ample car parking available.

Stayed in this Hotel for 02 night on a business trip to Chennai. Rooms are ok and well maintained. Complementary breakfast was having many varieties of dishes. There is a Restaurant in this Hotel which serves delicious food.
