Arrogant staff and dirty rooms with full of cockroaches, i have video of the room with lots and lots of cockroaches coming out of the bed and while i complained the staff behaviour was really bad. if you want to know more details i can help you with that also.

The Hotel Staff exhibited rugged and unprofessional behavior. Their lack of professionalism rugged behaviour make me feel insecure-full and significantly impacted the quality of my stay. This behavior is not reflective of the hospitality standards one would expect from a reputable hotel. They will charge double the amount which you booked through the app. If you inquire, they respond by stating, "If you don't want to comply, leave the property immediately.". My advice: Please don't choose this hotel if you want a pleasant stay.

Rooms are okay, parking is good. Room service is very bad and staff behaviour is rude. Toilet no water and flush was not working ... We called and informed couple of times they didn't responded properly.The people in reception behaving very weirdly. The price of food is very high we ordered egg fried rice and gobi Manchurian for that the amount was 450. Not recommended for family/couple stay.

It is is worst hotel ever stayed. They will charge you extra when you come to the hotel, they are super rude, rooms are not worth staying ,bed is clumsy, pillows are dirty, need to wait more than one hour to do check in due to issue AC issue . I kindly suggest never book this hotel if you want to stay peacefully. There service is worst I have asked for change in pillow as it so old and got thin. But they don't have any extra pillows I need to sleep like that only . Also they will say out side food is not allowed but there kitchen doesn't have spoons or very limited bowls . There Wi-Fi is very slow and ur mobile data is 10 times better.Also our TV did not worked but fixed it later. All bath towels and bed sheets given or so old that white colour sheets does not look as white and have stains again they don't give different one.

Families be aware! Pathetic is the only word I can say for the place! i have never experienced such experience in any of my hotel stay in my life. Proporty- I assume that the person who operating the property has the slaughter house business and latter moved into OYO tie up. The property is not the customer friendly anymore and they have asked us to wait for more than 45 minutes in the reception. (Recorded in the camera ) we are the group of 5 including 1 toddler and 1 aged women of 85. Rather helpful to the customer , scrutinized the guests like anything based on their previous night police checking happened where they don't have enough proofs for the in-house guests. They are not look like professionals any more in terms of approach. Seems like, here is the place where lot of illegal things happening here. We have got the key finally at 11.15 after escalating to the customer care team at Delhi. Service / maintenance- My Grandma asked for chai at 7 o'clock and they said no and asked her to go to 3rdfloor and have it at breakfast area where there is no lift access. Her age is 85. The rooms are very smell and everyone got severe cough due to this. There is no water in the shower at 005 and 004 has drainage issue which is th reason the entire floor smells so bad including lift. Overall it's a sick experience and I would not recommend to anyone and I would recommend OYO to think about the partnership if OYO want to have great future as mentioned by Mr Ghosh in one of the townhall. No nonsense kind of hotel. Come stay and go, quite simple. What you would expect from Oyo. I checked in at 5 45am and the staff was quite friendly. Took me less than 3 mins for the entire check in process. Only complaint being, the rooms are little too close. I could hear my next room neighbour snore and also the food kept outside the room by somebody else could be smelt well inside my room also. The property has spent good money on quality products for bathroom and room fixtures. The ambience, specially the entrance, lift corridors etc are very well designed giving it a premium feel.

Outside Food isn't allowed, So I placed an order at 1:30pm at the in-house restaurant, they delivered it at 2:30pm. Very slow Service. They changed the items without my knowledge and provided those stating that these were only available. Pathetic. They don't have a fixed menu with a fixed price and charge as they wish for the food. If you are a vegetarian I wouldn't suggest you to go here. The rooms were otherwise neat and clean. No issues.

Location is good. Check in might take a bit of time depending on the time of the day. Rooms are small but okay in terms of comfortable bedding. Bathrooms can be cleaned better. Room service is bit slow as you may have to call multilple times to get whatever you want. Checking out is relatively faster.
