OYO Ruby Residency Near Thiruvalluvar Nagar Beach

Very cramped rooms, unwashed blankets and pillow covers, non functional heater which was never attended to when complained. 1.6k per night. Noisy window AC, though it cooled adequately. Very cramped washroom. No place to stand and shower. Recommend for the location, if you really need to stay in the area and in a tight budget, you can use it.

Owner is playing drama for hot water and AC .he controls the geysers and all in his hands .he cleaned room but bath room was dirty and bad smell.and if any questions his behavior was rude.by taking 1600rs what is his problem to provide hot water. Very bad don't recommend this to any.

Two times the water got over in the morning when I had to take bath and go to office. Nothing was provided by hotel like soap, etc except one towel for 4 people. The room was too small. Not really clean. Not worth for that price.

Toilets have no Exhaust Despite telling and reminding bed sheets are not Changed. Instead will turn the bedsheets upside down and thats it. Service is not available after 10pm. No remotes for Ac and you are fooled into saying that Split Acs installed didnt come with the remote. Tv doesn't work. No hot water. Owner says, why does one need Hot water during Hot weather. No drinking water facility. Rooms are cramped. No proper furniture. All old broken cupboards and side drawers. Your belongings are shifted to other room in your absence without permission and when asked you are scolded at by the owner. Would not recommend a stay here despite me staying here for 9 days as fell sick and found it difficult to change hotels. Fans make a lot of noise. Too many mosquitoes. Noisy surroundings.

It's a nice place to stay. If you're staying to reach IIT this is a good place to shack. Chennai's a hot place so an ac room is recommended. There is a vegetarian restaurant near by and few others in the nearest junction. The rate is not all that bad either. The staff is very polite and generous.

Place was ok ...It was close to my family function venue. AC was good but u can't control ...the Bathroom was fine...no lift .. small TV ... Within 1 km ...near the signal ..you can find some eating options .... Autos are available opposite the hotel...

Really a new experience 2 me....

He is charging 1600rs, but it's not worth its very bad hotel, and that owner is also very rude
