Citi Luxe

Don't prefer this hotel, There is no water from morning 9AM. Also no hot water facility. Not worthy, I would like to rate ZERO but the option is not available. See the review response from hotel owner. Water is something very essential and your staff is very rude, they were actually asking me check out the room when I asked about water. The lady who is sitting in reception was very rude. Worst ever experience, even small lodges are better than your hotel. How can hold morning natural calls for 30 mins or 1 hour??? If you are not able to supply the water pls close the hotel.

Overall a satisfactory stay of 3 days. Inspite of some minor issues ,it was great. Especially the manager is a gentle man and adressed the issue very fast. I recommend others also for the stay.

Booked for 9 day's and checked out the same morning, worse hotel, dirty linen, blood stains on the bed sheet. No hot water and no wi-fi. I was told that due to heavy rain they don't have the connection. The hotel charged me full day's stay for 5 hours stay. i will not be visiting this hotel and will not recommended to any who wishes a clean hotel. Unhelpful staff.

Moderate room. Foods are not getting served in the room . Most of the room service people were north indians so guests with who only knows tamil or english will be facing some difficulties .

They don't have any kitchen They are bringing Breakfast from outside and there is no options in food what They provide we have to eat that . We need to ask them daily morning for Breakfast even we booked with Breakfast.

It's a good hotel and clean rooms with basic necessities

I stayed at the property during my interview and it was very well maintained.
