Coco Way offers a great ambiance with a lively bar and hookah setup, making it a memorable experience with friends. The food was amazing, and service speed was good, but the staff needed multiple reminders for small requests, like a mosquito coil in the open terrace setting. Despite that, we had a great time. Prior booking is recommended, especially on busy days.

This place is a nightmare!! Definitely not a 4 star hotel, you could possibly call it a simple lodge but those are also better nowadays. No reception, no proper logging in, no trained staff, nothing's organised just some boys lurking around as staff. Looks unsafe for anyone. It's like a junkyard!! Rooms rotting with some unpleasant smell, with moulds and stuff everywhere. Save yourselves and your money!!!

Worst experience. The room were exceptionally untidy. The sheets weren't clean and it seemed they didn't even bother to change the sheets after the earlier accommodation. Some rooms smelled of mould and the toilets had stained seats. On asking the staff to clean the same they had an unbothered attitude saying it wont go. The wallpaper in many places were torn. If i could rate a zero or minus, I would do that Horrible experience We advance booked a room just to learn that there are no rooms available We had prepaid half amount already and after seven hours of travel we reached the property at night just to hear this. The receptionist 'adviced' us to cancel the booking and get a refund from Oyo (provider) as they cannot help it. And we were not the only one. There were three people including a woman travelling alone. Do you even think it is safe to do such things to the customer?

WORST HOTEL EVER! Disgusting experience. I have booked the hotel through Booking.com, and these guys denied me to check-in saying the tariff for the booking is too low. if you have a problem with your booking tariff go discuss with your partners. Why would you provide offers only to decline to check-in afterwards. And, none of them can properly understand or talk in English. Utterly disgusted by the unprofessional behaviour. Also, the number provided here leads straight to OYO. Tried calling them as well, but of no help.

Hopeless hotel. It doesn't have a seperate entrance for itself and path to it is overcrowded with customers of pub located inside it. No proper lightened board of the hotel was there. It was difficult to locate the same even when i was standing just in front of it. Rooms do not have any communication cards such as intercom numbers, wifi login details, no towels, the soap and shampoo provided was very very small ones, no platform to keep your toilet items in the washroom, no mirror in the room, most worse was no charging point beside the bed, no breakfast even i book before, hopeless and rude staff. I had booked through agoda and To the amazement came to know that it was a Oyo room. Worst experience i have oyo rooms always. So particularly i avoid them but here it was disguise with hotel listed as a different name with no oyo written in the agoda listing. So when I was trying to ring the hotel phone number it was landing to Oyo customer care and they were not responding because it was booked through agoda. Totally it was nightmare staying there. I just left the hotel before my complete booked days and they didn't bothered to give the refund. Whole trip to Chennai was in a soup because of this booking overall. Never never never book this hotel is the message to the guys who are looking into this hotel for booking.

We went to secret story. It's overhyped i guess the food was not great and the service and attitude of the waiters was worse. Food was decent and the mocktails were a fail for sure. We ordered a whitesauce pasta, some fries, chicken 65 and prawns. Of these only the pasta was decent. Others were just ordinary with a hefty price. Ambience and the atmosphere was nice though

I have made a booking for 5 days, and when i entered the room. there was some bad smell in the room. And there were no-one in the reception when i entered the hotel waited for sometime for receptionist to come and on the other side reception area was not maintained properly. Considering all these aspects i decided to cancel my booking and walked out and they are not ready to pay the advance amount I paid still struggling to get the advance back.
