An absolutely stunning venue for any celebration! The marriage hall is spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly on our special day. The lighting, ambiance, and overall atmosphere were perfect for our wedding. The food was delicious and well-prepared, leaving all our guests satisfied. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable event--everything was just perfect!

Nice place , Stay is good. Labourers there are very worst, they have been paid full salary. But they still "demand" more payment. Management could have been better. Everything works with payment upfront. For instance, We were celebrating our family wedding, there was a function celebrated before our day, they have vomited in the parking space. That wasn't even cleaned after our function.

From other reviews, this seems to be a new Hotel opened recently at the end of 2023. It was affordable and neat. Mosquitoes were too much. If anything can be done to reduce the mosquitoes then it will be more good. Very good parking space available inside the marriage hall which is attached to the hotel.

Ambience and hospitality in SV lodge is excellent and very good

Just stayed here for a trip, and i had a very great experience with them.. super friendly staffs and the ambience was too good.. felt very peaceful and calm. Will suggest my friends and relatives to choose your stay @svresidency

Writing this as a first customer of this place. We were looking for two rooms to stay and found this just inaugurated on the same day. Spacious rooms, excellent bedding's and lighting, well done bathroom toilets and shower, Mitsubishi AC, impeccably done interiors all making our stay super comfortable. Karthic and his staff ensured our stay remained memorable with their hospitality and enquiries and eagerness to make it a better place. Wish them the best and SV Residency would be my first choice to stay with my family.
