We stayed on two different occasions in a span of one week. The first time we got spacious rooms on the second floor while the second booking they gave us a little smaller ones on the first floor in the same booking range. The restaurant has good food. Service was a bit slow the second time we stayed. Rooms are clean. It's a good budget stay.

For single lady traveller, the hotel is safe. |Area is also near by the Meenakshi Temple and the Airport.|Staff are very cooperative and helpful. |Food is also good. |Cleanliness excellent.|Need Lil focus on maintain work like in the lobby washroom the hand dryer is not working properly.|Rest is all excellent.

We booked two executive rooms from Agoda. We stayed for two nights 11th Jan and 13th Jan, 2025. It was essentially a 2 BHK apartment. The rooms were not huge, but of decent size. One room should be good for 2 for a short stay. The location is on airport bypass road, it is on the outskirts. You cannot go to any place by walk.||Even though the staffs appear nice and welcoming in the beginning but during checkout we had a terrible experience. They brought a towel (apparently claiming from one of our room after we checked out ) and showed there were some red marks, which are not washable and demanded Rs. 400/ for the same. I'm attaching the photo here. It was completely bizarre.||The marks looked like from vermilion (sindoor). It could be possible my mother used the towel but we were not 100% sure as it didn't appear to be wet. Even if it is from our room, it didn't look like it was not washable. They were adamant and since we were getting late for the long travel we had on that day, I decided to settle the matter by paying them. However, it really left a bad taste.||We have stayed in many hotels in India and abroad but never had such bitter experience.||My advice if you select this hotel for leisure, business or any other purpose, make sure you check things while checking in and checkout and take photos. However, in doing so you may not enjoy the stay. Hence, I would strongly recommend to stay away from this fraudulent hotel.

Our Air India flights got cancelled on 31st Dec'24, stayed there for a night and boarded flight next morning. Very helpful and courteous staff and very kind to allot a room on a very short notice. Excellent room, safe and helpful staff, very convenient location just 10 min from Madurai airport. Nice food, excellent service, helpful staff. Thank you!

TLDR; horrible customer service, dishonest reception staff, poorly lit rooms, malfunctioning facilities. My mother and I stayed for one night a couple of weeks ago. We checked in around 8pm, only wanted to use a room to sleep in, get dressed and leave for a function the next morning. The staff were initially nice. We got our room. Noticed that it has NO windows, was a bit claustrophobic. We took it anyway, because we were told the rooms were full. Then, 1. Kettle in the kitchen did not work. Called housekeeping, they changed it. 2. Hot water in the bathroom did not work. Called housekeeping, they sent someone to look at it. 3. Meanwhile, went to check the new kettle, surprise! New kettle also does not work. Called housekeeping again, they changed it again. This time I made them test it in front of my eyes. Worked. 4. The staff sent to test hot water said we need to "out" 4+ buckets of water (absolute waste!) to get to the hot water. It took 20 minutes :) He said this wouldn't happen in the morning when everyone uses hot water. Spoiler alert: had to do this again in the morning and wait 20 minutes for hot water! Yay. 5. TV did not turn on at all. Called housekeeping, they said the room next door needs to have its main switch activated, as that room is the main room for the apartment. I asked to see the room next door. It has windows, and is a lot more spacious. But same cost. 6. Given all the problems we faced already, we at least wanted a non-stuffy room with windows. Asked for a room change. The reception staff told me, "Sorry, we can't do that. The room is already booked. The customer is 'waiting at the lobby right now to check in'." We go to sleep disappointed. Next morning, SURPRISE! The room next door is STILL UNOCCUPIED. The reception staff lied through his teeth. 7. Our poorly lit room is so dark that we cannot even see the mirror properly to get dressed. I had to use my phone's flash light. As a final mark of frustration, I literally begged them to open the door to the room next door so we can at least see our face while getting dressed. They finally did that, let us use that room for 30 mins so we can see our faces. All this happened after also complaining about the experience so far. To summarise: just avoid this hotel. I am an avid traveller, haven't seen a more unprofessional staff. For the cost we paid for ONE night, it was absolutely disgraceful. Never coming back. (Included photos of the two rooms of the same flat, the one that was given to us, and the other better room that was denied to us by lying about someone ready to check in at that very minute. Hilarious lies)

It's a service apartment so your room has a sharing living room however bathrooms are private. Very good service overall. Staff at reception is kind and helpful. The food at room service is good too. It's a bit on the expensive side but it tastes good. Highly recommended.

Stayed with family and kids. Good rooms and parking. It's an apartment not single rooms. Each flat will have 2 rooms. If you are going with single family, you new's to share the flat with another family. But best choice for 2 family stay in a flat. Big halls and kitchen. Restaurant is average taste, but good. Its in Bypass road with safety is good.
