A truly authentic place with a charming traditional feel! The property was clean, well-maintained, and easy to find, with the added convenience of car parking. The owner ensured proper follow-up, and the caretaker provided excellent hospitality, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to others!

Well decorated Villa house, pollution free in a mixture of village, town area access to highway in just 300 meters, in 5 minutes drive to restaurants and vaithessvarsn kovil temple. Stayed for 3 days with family of 5 to visit our dearest and nearest one combined with our kuladeivam kovil visit too. Abundant car parking with a well covered shead, especially caretaker Govindaraj is nice guy living nearby.

This house is near Vaideeshwaran Kovil, 2 bedrooms with a huge hall and kitchen, there are utensils also.. my kids enjoyed the swing and outer area.. location is quiet and calm.

The stay was super cool. Had a pleasant and homely stay. The property has trees and plants within the compound walls making it look more beautiful. Everything in the rooms are maintained well and all r in good working condition. You cannot find a single fault there. Will surely book this property again , if we travel to Vaitheeswaran koil again . Its around 2.5 to 3 kms from temple. Car parking was quite spacious. Thanks for making our stay more comfortable. The owner of the property is so kind and he will for sure ensure the comfort of your stay.

Our stay at this property was simply fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive, considerate, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The property itself was exactly as depicted in the pictures - clean, cozy, and well-maintained. If you're seeking a homestay experience in the area, look no further. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria Villa in Athukudi. I have two elderly parents who have certain medical needs. The villa was so relaxing and the caretaker Mr. Govindarasu was always ready to accommodate our needs. My parents were able to take the much needed rest in our hectic temple trip. This place is very close to vaitheeswaran Kovil. I'll definitely recommend this place even if it's slightly out of your way. Mr. Brito is very kind, he even refunded a portion of the amount because we checked out earlier than we said which we did not expect at all. There was no need for him to return that amount to us but he still did. Overall, I'd give this stay 5/5 in all aspects. The rooms were neat & spacious and the bathrooms were clean too. I'd recommend this place 10/10. We will stay here the next time we visit vaitheeswaran Kovil too.

Worth the money. Very spacious villa. Silent location. Need vehicle to go to temple.You have to get food from outside or oook yourself. Care taker can help Rest room requires more modernization

Completely happy about the property especially for families. Didn't feel like we were staying in different house. The way the property owner built the house was excellent with lot of features. Totally satisfied for the money we spent and will check in again for sure.
