I had a wonderful stay at QUEENS RATHINAVEL RESIDENCY. The room was spacious, clean, and the open window provided natural light, making the space feel even more relaxing. The view from the window added a serene touch to the overall ambiance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met. The location was convenient, close to local attractions, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful. A very good hotel for affordable price at Aruppukottai. The rooms are very spacious and luxury. Bed is very comfortable for sleep. A worth stay here. U can order food from nearby Restaurant Burma Kadai.

A fewdays ago I stayed 3days with my family here. Very spacious room, bathroom, toilet neat and clean. Very pleasant place for staying.room service OK front desk staff approached very kind.

Better than other hotels in Aruppukottai and not overly priced too. They have a huge building, ample parking space but not maintained. They can do very well if they can focus on: 1. Room maintenance, first fixing everything that is broken and making sure every room is equipped with all basic amenities, like bath towels, comforters ( They have good beds They need to equip them with comforters, which they provide on request) 2. Hire more staff - specially for maintenance and service 3. Interiors - interior work should be completed to make the rooms look better. They have great ACs, an awesome life and a polite and well mannered person in the front desk.

Beautiful Ac rooms. And clean toilet.. hot water. And big size room. Parking facility...lift service also available. Rent also reasonable..... near by Arupukottai railway station. And very near bypass road. Overall ok

Rooms are very good & spacious

Never get fooled by the looks of the rooms! Strange and Wierd Hotel! Worst Service! Worst hygiene! Never choose this place to stay! Booked 11 rooms in advance and at the day of check in they handover me unclean rooms with Dirty sheets and A/c didn't work in 4 rooms and said the mechanics are on the way. We waited and asked what happened to the mechanics. The staff very lethargically said no one will come, the owner keep bluffing like that even to us for past one month. And the staffs were disrespectful when asked why there is no water coming in bathroom taps. Our people had to take bath from water from wash basin tap. Suprisingly staffs themselves abuse their owner in front of us for not repairing A/c and all other utilities for more than a month!

No room service, uhygenic yellow stain toilets with water in only from main tap, no water from flush and wash basin. Lifts will work only from 07 am. Cockroaches in restroom. Not recommended for family stay. No drinking water, kettle.no wifi.
