Extremely Disappointing Experience I'm extremely dissatisfied with our recent stay at this hotel. The service was subpar, and the receptionist was particularly unhelpful. As a family with an infant, we required extra water bottles to prepare formula milk. However, when we requested additional bottles, the receptionist flat out refused, citing that it was against their policy. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable, considering the basic needs of families with infants. We then had to request them to get extra bottles at 1 AM in the night. The receptionist's attitude was dismissive and unaccommodating, which made our stay even more frustrating. It's unfortunate that a hotel of this caliber fails to provide basic amenities and services, especially for families. Will not return!

Room are in very poor condition . Service is very pathetic. Day by day going into very bad condition. Customer should think multiple times before booking such hotels in Aruppukottai Kumaran, I paid advance after confirmation about rent discount from your night shift staff. Money not matter. It's the attitude of you and your staff. I asked them to take con call with person to pay balance . But your staff are not ready and asking me to come over there . Last time During August I booked multiple rooms for my guests and got very bad feedback about neatness and service . I escalated the same during last time also. But no improvement. We are giving suggestions and feedback back for improvements. It's upto you take it further . Instead of acting smart, try to address problems reported by customer. I suggest you to post good person in night shift to handle customer.

An Unexpected Gem! We started our road trip from Chennai and visited Trichy to see Ranganathar, later we continued our trip to Thiruchendur Murugan temple. It's already late evening, around 11:30 pm. We thought it would be fine to take rest, refresh ourselves and move in the morning We searched Google Maps for hotels near us on the way. Got many suggestions, we are not satisfied coz some are 2nd floor with no lift and few are untidy. Since we have older people with us, we can't stay in these places. I think, Kumaran Residency was the 4th or 5th suggestion in the maps on our way. I contacted the reception and checked for availability. The contact person was very polite and he was very clear with his manner. After discussing with him, we visited that place half-minded, that's coz of Google Maps. We were travelling on the highway and it showed us to take a right near a temple. That route is terrific it was dark and no human trace at all during that time. After 10 minutes, we reached the location. It was located in a residential area. Calm and peaceful. The receptionist was so cool and helpful. He helped us towards everything we needed. The room was big and we all fit in there Super soft bed, wide sofa, tv, A/c, clean restrooms, etc., particularly lift, what we primarily needed. All at economy cost We had a great night and good sleep here. We received all the rest and refreshments needed for our next day travel. About parking, roadside limited parking available for both 2 & 4 wheelers. Tea, coffee, hotels are nearby. You have Reliance Trends in walkable distance. Morning at 8:30 we checked out after having our nice breakfast. We had a clear route in the maps to reach the highway. Maps are sometimes ridiculous. Less than 10 minutes we reached the Highway. Kumaran residency, I strongly recommend for family stay

Don't act like smart and don't hide what was actually happened, first we came at 10 o clock at the hotel and then your manager asked govt proof id card hard copy, at the time we said we don't have hard copy, he wrongly understand we can't give id proof, he said just get out of the hotel I can't give room , he said multiple times just get out and we said we don't have any friends here, we are all come from Chennai for colleague marriage and after 30mins arguments he accepted for give room, and we booked 3 room 2 month ago ,we send 11 id proof via whatsapp like soft copy totally this argument happening 30min and then he asked which members stay which room , I need that details we don't know what happening because it's our decision we booked 3 room so everyone have stay which room they want after that we agreed and we gave the all details, ok regarding room no towel is there , no service boy is there, just speak truth if you don't agree no problem we taken a video what was happened there (Today has been the worst day of my life because of the manager at Kumaran Residency.very worst behaviour ,They are very money-minded people, and the rooms are the worst--unclean. My suggestion is that no one should stay there.)

worst customer service. if you bring your one year old child also please bring your baby's Adhar else they won't allow you to stay. Also they accepted that they will be rude to customer and their staff will be like this only. So better don't prefer this hotel.

Bad customer service. Please dont prefer when you have option. Worst customer service. In mid night they are arguing to having proofs as soft copy. I dont know how can they expect every customer to have hard copy of Adhar. Owner dont know to check whatsapp messages when you sent it in whatsapp. 30mins that check in process took.

Rooms are good and big enough. But the service was very poor. Need better staff to help our customers. No bed sheets, towels, water was provided. So ask in prior before you enter the booked room. People next room were smoking and drinking alcohol. So it is not a safe place for couple to go alone. We went as family, so quite convenient, for a day stay.
