Mondrian Singapore Duxton

They did help us with early check in and late checkout which was nice. But rooms weren't tidy, found weird electric cut offs laying around, a cigarette outside the window and in the first room we stayed (had them to switch us cause it was dirty) we found toenails on the floor. For a 5 star hotel, we have stayed in much better before. It's not acceptable. Not for over PS300 a night. Also as always, the white hetero couples got the royal treatment by the reception staff, but us as an interracial LGBT couple, we were overlooked, sighed over and given a whole other treatment. We were talked to like we weren't as important, like we hadn't paid the same to stay there as the white straight couples. Quite tired of this, but it is common... We normally don't stay in 5-star hotels because of this, it's just not worth it. The rooftop pool was lush and nice, and one of the reasons we chose this one in the end. The drinks were extremely bad by the pool though, super expensive and didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them, and not authentic or fresh. We had a better experience and treatment at a hotel next door where we stayed at the beginning of our trip. The highlight of our stay at Mondrian was their restaurant next door, Christina's, where we had the best breakfast/brunch we've ever had and was served by an amazing young Australian man.

Having a pool with a wonderful view is awesome. I used it every day to cool off. It was warm but still cool enough to get in and give a refreshing cooling effect. Nice clean room with comfortable bedding and nice shower. The ac worked well, but the fan was a little loud at night and I could not adjust it. Overall great staff and stay.

This place has both stylish and posh feels. The whole experience there was enjoyable. The room was well designed with great luxury feels and tones The hotel offers a lovely city view and is situated in a charming, slightly secluded residential area. Its location is excellent, with a range of great restaurants and entertainment options on-site, including a Michelin-starred restaurant. The rooftop pools are beautiful, and complimentary bottled water is a thoughtful touch. The Martin + Goetz shower amenities add a touch of luxury. While the front desk staff could have been more welcoming--especially in contrast to the warm and attentive doormen and restaurant/bar staff--I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon in November 2024 and had an amazing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The view at the rooftop bar/pool is great, particularly at night. Great location for exploring the city and a short walk to the heart of Chinatown for some great food. Overall, it was an amazing experience. We will hopefully be back again one day.

Conveniently located in the Chinese Duxton District, this new hotel is beautifully design and offer great views to the city business Center. Rooms are confortable and quite but with too limited storage spaces for your garments. There is not a single drawer available. Breakfast is of good quality as you can expect from a 5 star hotel. Food serve at the pool is below acceptable. French fries and squids are probably deep frozen and smell bad cooking oil. At this price level this is not acceptable. Hotel staff is available but more care to customer would be much appreciated. Looking at customer and saying hello would be appreciated

Wonderful stay, we arrived at 4am and they were kind enough to give us a 2pm check out (we are accorplus gold). Room is a good size and interior is very premium, we had a corner room. Bed was heavenly and the sheets were really nice. We loved the products and amenities and the shower pressure was good. Our only complaint is that water sealing was great, so water kind of got all over the bathroom floor. Would gladly stay again.

Perfect area and the best swimming Pool fur relaxing After a Day exploring the City! Also a very nice Breakfast. The staff is also very nice and attentive.||The rooms were really nice and modern. The bed. was really comfortable and we had a good sleep there.
