I did love this place but my room was a bit too close, I wish it was bigger, the room was very clean, the whole place was very clean. The staff were very friendly especially Judy Ong, She spent time telling us where to visit, and what bus to get, and where to eat. She made the trip to Singapore even more Fabulous.

Great Location & Friendly Staff - Value for Money! I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Singapore in October 2024 and it was a pleasant experience overall. The biggest plus is the location - it's right outside Clarke Quay MRT Station, which makes getting around super easy. The area is lively, with plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that's expected for a budget-friendly option in such a central spot. The room was clean. There's even a 7-Eleven right next door, which is super convenient for snacks or anything you might need in a pinch. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for a budget stay in the heart of Singapore with easy access to transport and attractions, this hotel is a solid choice!

Jayleen Clarke Quay Hotel - Decent Stay, But Room is Small We stayed at Jayleen Clarke Quay Hotel for a week. The location is great, but the room was quite small for the price. There was barely enough space to move around, which made it a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, they provided complete toiletries, which was convenient. If you're looking for a central location and don't mind a compact space, this hotel could be an option.

This hotel offers great value for money and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the downtown, enabling me to travel to various places of interest with ease. Ms. Michelle, at the front desk, was very kind to accomodate some of my requests during check-in. Overall, my experience with staff was nothing but pleasant.

Run down hotel in need of upgrading and repairs, dirty, stained bed sheets and towels, insects in the room, tiny bathroom without showercurtain. Table broken. AC cannot be controlled. Room is small, not really suitable for a couple. very bad value for money, paid about 750 RMB per night. Location is good, bu there are many better options in the area.

Is this a luxury hotel? No. Are you going to be blown away by the amount amenities? Again, no. It is, however, centrally located making many of the popular tourist spots like the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Merlion Park, and the Super Trees are all a relatively easy walk. Across the street is an easy access mall in case you need to pick up creature comforts or grab lunch or dinner. The room comes with basic toothbrush and shower cap packs and a TV with a few channels, but if you have your phone or an iPad with you, you will most likely rely on those. The walls are pretty thin, so if you have a noisy neighbor, you may have to ask the front desk to help you maintain quiet. The room is quite small, and the outlets were a little fussy when it came to connecting my adapter, but it all worked out. The shower and toilet are sandwiched into the same space, so bathroom friendly slippers are a must. The cost is affordable considering how much the big name hotels in the area are, so if you're on a budget and don't want a capsule hotel, this is a great place to stay.
