Hilton Singapore Orchard

We actually came here in 2017. It was my Dad, my mom, and me. I had to leave Buddy with a trusted friend at the time in Miami Beach. His name was Joey. I asked my BF at the time...his name starts with an R...but he was too"busy" being a lawyer and didn't want the responsibility. Anyway, this hotel is absolutely beautiful and the surrounding area is insanely beautiful too. The architecture in Singapore is incredible, there are suspended bridges and tree-like structures....it's really a modern marvel. Anyway, the hotel had the nicest staff and was super clean and had incredible food. I took a picture with my dad infront of a big waterfall too and there was lush greenery all over. I am so grateful for this trip. My mom did all the booking and planning, which was super cool. She always does so much for us. We love her.

Our stay at Hilton Orchard has been an incredibly memorable one -- a blend of thoughtful service, culinary excellence, and genuine hospitality. One of the true highlights was the care shown by Chef William, who personally checked in with us both at breakfast and the executive lounge to ensure our dietary needs were met. His hands-on leadership and dedication truly elevated our experience. Chef Tom made our kids' day by preparing custom pancakes with a smile -- small gestures that made a big impact on our family. As a foodie, I couldn't help but compare the grilled chicken I had across various places. The one prepared by Chef William was easily the standout -- flavorful, bold, and memorable. Hilton should seriously consider commercializing this as "Hilton Roast Chicken by Chef William." The overall service was exceptional -- from check-in to daily interactions. Jolie even texted me mid-stay to check how things were going, which added a nice personal touch. The only reason I give this 4.9 and not a full 5.0 is due to a slightly frustrating experience with food storage -- I had to negotiate harder than expected with mr X to store our kids' food. Other Hilton properties we've stayed at handled this more smoothly. Still, the value for money, quality of service, and attention to detail make Hilton Orchard a top-tier experience. We'll definitely be back.

Hilton Singapore Orchard - A Truly Memorable Stay! My friends and I stayed at the Hilton Singapore Orchard for three days, and it was one of the most exciting and wonderful experiences we've had. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. Hilton Orchard is one of the best hotels we've been to. The staffs are so nice and accommodating, they make sure that guests will experience an exceptional service during their stay. There are a lot of food options in their breakfast buffet too! We will definitely coming back.

Overall very happy with the stay! Managed to get an early check in, late check out and a welcome fruit and dessert platter which shows how good Hilton's service was. Room was very clean, and the black out curtains really impressed me the most. Breakfast buffet was extensive and probably one of the best I've had thus far.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Orchard Road commercial district, making it ideal for shopping and business. The gym facilities are modern and well equipped. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines to suit different taste definitely a highlight of the stay.

We had an exceptional stay at Hilton Singapore. The Club room experience was truly delightful. We're impressed by the hotel's commitment to sustainability, from paperless check-out to eco-friendly amenities. The team's dedication to reducing our environmental footprint is commendable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as wooden key cards and glass-bottled water. We are also impressed by the attentive staff in general including Daisy and staff at the Club Dining and the General Dining area, especially the Sous Chef William who made all of the patrons welcome. Thank you also for your innovative approach to sustainability and our dining experience - it truly enhanced our stay!. Thank you once again and look forward to our next visit.

Came here for a short staycation with my family. The rooms were recently renovated and thoughtfully designed. Amenities were plentiful and very clean. There were some kids activities listed but most weren't available when we were there - only the Dream Ritual where staff setup a night light and lavender spray in the room. There are two gyms separated by the two wings. Though it can be confusing as the level 5 gym was at the mandarin wing whilst the level 37 gym was at the orchard wing. Don't do what I did by trying to get to the wrong floor for 15 mins. The digital lock via App wasn't working too well to unlock the lift. You will certainly end up missing your floor so keep the key on you. Breakfast at the buffet was fairly chaotic. Plenty of food options but the layout was strange. Waffles was right next to the baos and noodle soups whilst the western option was in a totally different room. Kids section was just filled with chocolate donuts so not exactly kid healthy. Overall great stay and would do it again.
