It was the 2nd time I stayed there. The rooms were clean decorated and well maintained. The rooms have all the modern amenities with a mesmerizing view. The staff were so nice and well behaved. The best part is their authentic bengali food. If you are planning to visit gangtok you should definitely check this property.

We visited Gangtok on 9th January with ATC Camp Tour and Travel. Our group included 34 students, and we were all delighted with the experience. The hospitality, food, and accommodations were excellent--especially the food, which was always hot and fresh. The staff was incredibly helpful, and a special thanks goes to the owner, who consistently stayed in touch to guide us and ensure we had the best experience. Whenever we faced any issues, they were resolved instantly. Overall, we are very satisfied with ATC Camp's services. Highly recommended!

I recently had an amazing stay at Broz Nazom Retreat in Gangtok, and the entire trip was flawlessly organized by Mr. Pritam Mondal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The hotel's location provided stunning views of the surrounding hills, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. The staff at Broz Nazom Retreat was incredibly courteous and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, especially the local cuisine, which added to the authentic Sikkim experience. As for the trip planning, Mr. Pritam Mondal ensured everything was well-organized. Our itinerary was thoughtfully curated, covering top attractions like Tsomgo Lake, Nathula Pass, MG Marg, and Rumtek Monastery. He arranged for comfortable transport and provided insightful information about each destination, making the experience even more enriching. What stood out was the personalized attention and smooth execution of every detail. The rooms were nice, the service was very good, the food was just wow.

This is in reference to our recent visit to this hotel. I regret to inform that the staff's behaviour of this hotel is not at all polite. Moreover, proper hygiene was not maintained and the food also tasted stale. Bed rolls and staff's belongings are kept with the dining area which produces extremely bad smell. No proper cook or chef is associated with this hotel. I thought this hotel enjoys a great reputation and goodwill in the market but this experience has left me utterly disappointed. I would advice not to visit this hotel.

Beautiful rooms ...Excellent food quality...and stuff behaviour are too good ...

Very bad hotel they didn't know how to behave with their guest...They think the guest is a money making macine . I recently visited this hotel with very bad experience. They don't have a cook , the manager was cooked for the guest . He didn't know how to cook. They have a Manu card just for show 80 percent item not available if you order any of them. If you want to enjoy your trip please don't waste your time & money for staying this hotel .
