MAYFAIR Spa Resort & Casino, Gangtok

The ambience is amazing.food served was tasty and well made catering to all age levels. The spa service out of the blue. We took balinese message. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned. The room services were on time. Overall happy with our stay and would love to come back anytime soon.

Still a superb property but now needs refurbishment!! As far as the rooms are concerned.|Their USP are rooms size and F & B!! the best food is served at their restaurant be it Breakfast or dinner.|The staff is ever courteous and on their toes to serve you!Must mention Chef Anand. Their serving staff M. Khan,souvik, Arup, Chandan, CG etc.. Actually entire F & B staff is super. Service and food quality excellent.|However, the same can not be said about Housekeeping which really needs to be improved. |The cleanliness was mediocre!! Hope they improve and remain the top property of Gangtok in view of the recent competition by other top brands like Taj .

The stay was amazing and the service was top notch. The food was fantastic. Loved how they decorated the room for our honeymoon and enjoyed the candle light dinner. I would recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the stay and service. Also, the casino is a must visit although the food there isn't good.

Wonderful Experience at Hotel Mayfair Gangtok! We stayed at Hotel Mayfair Gangtok on 30th April and had a truly amazing experience. The property is stunning--peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. After we checked out, I realized I had forgotten one of my shoes in the room. I called the hotel, and they responded immediately. To my surprise, they had found it and promptly couriered it to me, perfectly packed. I received it today, and they didn't even ask for any extra payment for the courier. That level of care and service is rare! Thank you, Mayfair team, for your warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gangtok!

The whole experience is mind-blowing, the entrance to the reception is aesthetically designed, vibrant colours of seasonal flowers with a picturesque fountain in the centre takes your breath away. The different types of villas charm you, the battery operated carts take you to the desired location. Situated amidst the jungle, the cafe is relaxing. Orchid the restaurant has a wide menu to select from, the hospitality is top notch. Feel the grandeur!!

I recently stayed at the Mayfair Hotel, and the experience was absolutely top-notch--especially the spa. The highlight for me was the Balinese massage, done by Phurba, who was incredibly skilled and attentive. It was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating massages I've ever had. ||Only con is that all rooms may not get the mountain view.

A wonderful property . Well maintained. Service of Renuka and Neha at the Sidewalk cafe was good . The staff at the property are very warm and friendly . The property has a nice Business lounge with great books and seating of various kinds .Amenities are very good and you have an options of restaurants. Plenty of greenery and nice place to walk
