Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Udaipur, expecting a premium 5-star experience, but unfortunately it fell far short of expectations. Despite the grand property and the beautiful views of the lake, the overall service and hospitality were disappointing. The rooms, though spacious, felt dated and not well maintained.i booked deluxe room but totally different image what i saw on website and other booking pages specially shower area shown on website photos was not actual. The property certainly has potential with its location and infrastructure, but the service quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail need significant improvement. For the high price point it simply doesn't deliver value. Thank you,
