Fateh Niwas by Fateh Collection (A Heritage Renaissance Resort)

I booked the hotel just a day before my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. It's a well-maintained property conveniently located near Fatehsagar Lake. The rooms are spacious, featuring a sit-out balcony and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout. That said, a few improvements could enhance the overall guest experience: Accessibility: The hotel should consider becoming wheelchair-friendly for guests with mobility challenges. Welcome Refreshments: Even if a welcome drink isn't offered, placing a water dispenser with glasses at the reception would be a thoughtful touch. Maintenance: The elevators need regular servicing to avoid unexpected malfunctions between maintenance intervals. The exhaust fan in my bathroom (Room no 33) was making so much noise that i have to keeo it off. Upon complaint to a housekeeper, he replied that someone will repair it next morning but noone came to repair till next day till our check out. Breakfast Variety: There should be more live counters at breakfast (e.g., for dosas), instead of just one counter serving eggs. Food Quality: The oriental dishes, particularly the noodles and Manchurian, need improvement. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, while the Manchurian balls were too floury. Rooftop Pool Design: The rooftop pool lacks proper steps for exiting, making it awkward--especially for heavier guests--to climb out. Valet Parking: Offering valet parking would be a big help for self-driving guests, saving them from long walks to and from distant parking spots. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with great potential, and with a few tweaks, it could deliver an even better experience.

This resort is what I needed for chilling and refreshing. All services like food,rooms,play area ,pool area is superb. Staff are friendly and very supportive. I recommend this resort genuinely.||Specially thaanks to Dinesh ji sir. He welcomed everyone with smiling face||Thanks to Suryabhan ji sir.

It was a pleasant stay. Decently maintained property. Located far from the chaos of the city. Very peaceful, beautiful & heritage feel property. Excellent staff & services. Special thanks to the main desk staff Mr. Dinesh who was very professional, polite & courteous. Must visit.

Our stay was really pleasant. Location is superb, food is great and staff is really cooperative and helpful. All services are fantastic. All rooms are specious and clean. Too greenery in resort, swimming pool terrace restaurant to view whole udaipur.

Beautiful ambience, nice food, great service and amazing view from rooms. Came to attend a friend's wedding which turned out to be really memorable. Rooms were well furnished and well provided with all the essentials except for the lighting in the rooms which were quite dim.

We had an amazing experience with this place. The staff were super helpful, courteous and always willing to help. Unmatched service and stay was very comfortable, it's a fair bit away from the airport but the location, ambience and service makes up for the distance. Try serene and peaceful. The food is amazing and they cater to your palate which was very helpful. We will definitely visit back if we are in Udaipur. Massive thanks to the staff for making our stay memorable and comfortable!!!

Over all very friendly staff and co operative....it is very nice place to stay...calm and cool.... nature... Good food... Resturant is always ask u to for your choice food...in dinner...and... dessert is tooooo good...... Recommended for visit and stay....
