Hiking around the property was another highlight--perfect for nature lovers!||The local food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors. The host and the team were so warm and welcoming, making sure I felt at home throughout my stay.||If you're looking for a peaceful and unique escape, Korta Escape Jawai is the place to be. Nothing good about this place except the owner. He is an exceptional host but he has to realize that the property has an almost five star rating online but the facilities are honestly sub par. I have no ill will against the owner because he is a wise and gracious host but others who have visited on my recommendation have not been happy with their experience.

Excellent hospitality. Homely food although not many options but super delicious, no complaints. Clean and spacious cottages. Peaceful and serene location. Horses encounter were a surprise bonus. Overall a must visit if you want to stay in Jawai bandh and experience all kinds of safaris.

Korta Escape is a wonderful refuge from the busy pace, crowds and noise of Northern India's city streets and tourist attractions.|Out host, Nirbhay, was gracious, kind and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the farm in a vintage jeep, followed by the best masala tea as we watched the sun set over his bushlands (painstakingly restored to native flora over a 20+ year period). Nirbhay shared so much about the history and culture of the area, the farm and his family in the evenings over a bonfire before dinner.|The food was amazing - so delicious (I have fond memories of carrot halwa for dessert!), and the staff were very attentive.|The cottages were beautifully appointed, roomy and comfortable. I found myself wanting to extend my stay in this peaceful and luxurious environment.|It was a special treat to be able to visit with the beautiful Marwari horses that are bred and raised on the property.|And, of course, its a great base for going on a leopard safari in Jawai - we were thrilled to see a leopard and so many other beautiful animals and birds.|Korta Escape stands out as a highlight of my trip to India and I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not match its claimed 4-star rating. There was no WiFi available, which was highly inconvenient for staying connected. The pool was not well-maintained and appeared unclean, making it unusable. Additionally, the behavior of the owner, Nirbhay Singh, was unprofessional and rude, which further diminished the overall experience. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others looking for quality service and amenities.
