The hotel's location and friendly staff are its strengths, but it needs improvements in maintenance and dining facilities. Seemed to me like the management is trying to cut costs or simply does not care. Details in the following: We stayed two nights. The hotel has its pros and cons. While the rooms were clean and functional, the bedsheets were torn, and the mirror had brown spots. Power outages during heavy rain were resolved quickly with a generator. However, the dining hall was a letdown, with stained tablecloths and a leaky corrugated roof, making meals during rain uncomfortable. The staff was polite but seemed inexperienced, though they handled a booking issue with flexibility and care. The location is a highlight, with a well-kept courtyard and easy walking access to the city.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, and it is nowhere near deserving of a 4-star rating. It should honestly be categorized as a 1 or 2-star property. The room was not neat or clean, and basic amenities were missing. There was no dental kit, no toiletries, and no slippers provided. I had to ask 2-3 times just to get a water bottle and multiple times for tea kits. Even the boiler in the room was dirty. The toilet was barely clean and far from the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel. To make matters worse, the dustbin did not even have a bag, which was highly unhygienic. Overall, my stay was awful, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay.

Absolutely filthy. We were a group of 12 people and had 6 rooms. In all of the rooms the bedsheets were dirty as well as the towels. The "fresh" towels they offered were dirty, too. So we ended up having none. In some of the rooms the water from the shower was brown. So in other words: Go somewhere else.

Amazing Experience at Sajjan Bagh Resort! We stayed two nights in December 2024, and I must say that it has been a great experience. The staff is so well mannered they made special arrangements for my birthday on the rooftop as well. The rooms are nice for the price and the haveli is quite huge so you have a lot of space to chill around. The hotel is close to nice eating outlets and has Parking and everything. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pushkar. Don't be boggled by some negative reviews of this property. They have new staff now and everything is taken care of by the hotel.

Cold, unfriendly welcoming as if we were disturbing. Staff is lazy and u interested in helping. Room was not clean and not cosy. Shower with few water. Restaurant in renovation. Unpleasant place. Not everything in breakfast is included. Avoid this place. One of the worst hotels ever stayed in India.

This place needs real upliftment. I stayed there for a single night. Room was so sooo.. but the restaurant was really bad. Be it food or the quality or the taste. Room service was lousy.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Extremely well appointed and every small detail taken into consideration. The Location was splendid. The area had easy access, the garden was lovely with seating area Super friendly staff, awesome breakfast. Nicely located for a walk into the city. Will be a pleasure to come back.Would highly recommend for groups
