Hotel Golden Heritance - Pushkar

We recently stayed at the Golden Heritance Pushkar for 2 nights and it was definitely worth it. We booked the super deluxe room which was very spacious and came with a great view. The staff was friendly and cooperative - providing a good service. A Special thanks to Mr. Dhruv who guided us, helped us connect with an auto and a cab person to roam around in pushkar. Not only this but he also provided us recommendation for good food options, shopping places and other places to visit. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this place.

*Disappointing Experience at Golden Haritance Hotel, Pushkar* I recently stayed at the Golden Haritance Hotel in Pushkar, Rajasthan, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The food service was particularly disappointing, with long wait times and unappetizing options. Room service was equally slow, and it took an eternity to receive even the simplest requests. What was most frustrating, however, was the staff's apparent disregard for service orders. Despite repeated reminders, our requests were consistently ignored or neglected. Considering the hotel's potential, given its location, I had expected a much better experience. With some improvements in food and room service, the Golden Haritance Hotel could become a top-notch choice for travelers. Good hotel with courteous staff and good food . Rooms are nice & spacious with good mountain view . Mr. Dhruv greeted us with a nice smile , he is polite and friendly. Hotel has parking inside the premises , location is peaceful . Overall stay was very comfortable . Would definitely visit again .

The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, view from the room was good.Service could be better there was no tea kettle in the room The TV remote was not working however after completing they placed the kettle and changed the remote. The restaurant at the hotel was not operational.

Superb location and the views from rooms are mesmerising. The hotel is neat and clean. We stayed in super deluxe room.. Thanks to Dhruv who made our stay cmfortable providing best room for my family. much recommended.hotel .!!

Very rude behaviour of manager dhruval bhai Due to holi festive they were thinking theres only one hotel in pushkar due to our compulsion we have to take this hotel no room service at all after three three call they were not able to give services on time

I wish I could give rating in minus for sevice. Had the worst worst experience. Please don't visit this hotel in case you're looking to have a good experience. People at reception don't know how to talk to their customers. They have strict no guests policy even if it's just for an hour.
