They went above and beyond by arranging a lovely poolside dinner, along with a complimentary cake and a bouquet of flowers -- such thoughtful touches!||The ambiance of the resort is absolutely amazing -- peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was sincere and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for us. **** I had an absolutely fantastic stay. I came here for a wedding and From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notc. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help.

The event team worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly, and they were incredibly accommodating to all our needs. They helped with everything from coordinating the ceremony to the reception, ensuring everything was seamless. The food was delicious, and many of our guests commented on how amazing it was. The rooms were also great - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bridal suite was the perfect spot to relax before the ceremony. We were treated like royalty throughout our stay, and it made our wedding day so memorable.

We came as a group for the Holi festival, and the first thing that happened when arriving was that the bus couldn't get through to the hotel because the roads were blocked for the festivities. The hotel manager personally came and negotiated our passage with the policeman, which was so nice and important to us. The food at the restaurant was really delicious, and the servers Satyadev and Naina made sure that we have everything we need with such a wonderful hospitality and welcome. The rooms are amazing, really clean, new, comfortable and very spacious. Also the A/C works like magic and thr air feels so fresh.

Pool was super cool and relaxing - perfect for chilling with family. Food was tasty and fresh, full paisa vasool! Special thanks to Manager Mr. Jaydeep - he helped us plan the whole Pushkar itinerary so well. Very helpful and humble guy! Overall, a peaceful and royal experience in Pushkar. I was a great trip to Pushkar specially because of "Bamboo Saa Mulberry Resort". Ambiance is awesome, rooms are near and clean, hygienic. Staff is so polite and supportive. Their gesture with welcome drink is appreciated. Food quality is good. Special thanks to Mr. Jitendra and Mr. Pankaj(Restaurant Manager). They were always supportive. Overall it was a great trip with family. Thanks to entire team to make our family trip memorable.
