Dera Masuda | A Luxury Resort in Pushkar

A serene setting with beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool. Food is especially good. A special mention to Sunil Choudhry who looked after us very well, is polite and speaks excellent English. In general the staff were attentive and very helpful. Altogether a lovely experience. Thank you.

The girl who answers the calls is the rudest person you will ever come across, And I think that sums up and is indicative of the service you will get there , and don't get me started on her tone which is obnoxious and loud and disrespectful to say the least, she doesn't have the patience to talk to people, and she calls herself the manager which I highly doubt, I don't think people as cheap as her would be the manager, I have been to dera masuda earlier with my friends, the food is not worth it, you will have to eat from somewhere else if you stay there that's what we did, If the actual manager or higher up is reading this I would highly recommend to change the person or tell her to changer her stinky attitude and come back to the reality of her job. Ok Iam replying to their reply - first things first I have been to dera Masuda twice with my friends, and I didn't call 5 times back to back that's just mental and straight up a lie, here is a another lie - I asked her can I speak to the manager she lied and said she is the manager which I think is genuinely absurd I confirmed with the hotel she isn't the manager, and guys this isn't a isolated incident she has been rude consistently not just with me, even my brother has called and even he felt uncomfortable and he said she was rude, that's why I had to write that review and it's genuinely how I feel having experienced that level of stupidity and rudeness, we had literally cancelled our plans because of the way she spoke to us, and if she can be that rude working there, then I have every right to say what I want to say as simple as that, and the reply in itself shows the level of ignorance and nonchalance you guys have towards your employees. The tone was rude so expect a harsh review that's the outcome if you speak to customers like that.

We took a suite room, but honestly there was luxury vibes, hospitality staff was taught only one word which was "no" for anything and smallest thing like coffee they said no. I would not recommend this to anyone.. the room had insects, balcony was full of pigeons' shit... most importantly NO WIFI in rooms...

It's a nice property with a scenic view. We have booked Super Deluxe rooms but honestly there was no such luxury vibes. There should be a small sofa set and a painting which actually fill the emptiness of the room. All the power sockets near the bed were out of order. Food is really more costly than other resorts/hotels. Little variety in breakfast. Food is not available after 10 pm. Best part is the garden and pool view and a bit european type architecture looks from outside. A calm place. Bit far away from the market and main pushkar. I would suggest this for a visit with friends and groups but not recommended for family.

The property is too old not maintained properly, locks and doors and not working properly the food is also not good. The pool time is really awakward, even after paying a handsome u dont get appropriate services by the resort people so please its better not to book and ruin your money and also the wifi connectivity is not proper

Bhupendra Singh was very rude in person and don't have any sense to talk with customers and how to deal coustomer , and was not very friendly in nature They don't know how to deal a customers as a manager please teach him how to talk politely and calmly. Dera masuda is a 3 star hotel and not that much reputed as he talked that us. He is a childish in nature tell him to improve his thinking and behaviour. ( Bhupendra Singh )

One of the worst stay in the name of luxury resort . Service is pathetic . Even a bottle of water was delivered in 30 min post request. The breakfast was soggy and average . Rooms were dirty and having a foul smell in it . An average 2 Star hotel .

Good stay option in Puskar, Rajasthan. This is close to the key points of interests in the city and provide a luxury stay option. The rooms had attached balconies providing a nice pool side view.|The hospitality staff was very cooperative and ensured we have a great stay.
