Had a fantastic stay at Hotel City Point & Restaurant ! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and full of freshness. A truly relaxing and luxurious experience. Restaurant Review: The food exquisite. From fresh seafood to perfectly cooked steaks, every dish was a delight to the senses. A must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. The receptionist seemed to have mastered the art of incompetence and rudeness, making the check-in process a mind-numbing ordeal. The lift? Out of order, as if inconvenience was their specialty. The rooms were nothing short of a disgrace - unkempt, disorganized, and far from anything resembling hospitality. Towels? Apparently, they don't believe in providing such basic amenities. The staff, shockingly, managed to surpass the receptionist in terms of sheer rudeness and disregard for guests. The restaurant was a horror show - a haven for filth that made me question the very idea of hygiene. Cold breakfast was just the icing on this terrible cake. This place is a black mark on the concept of hospitality. I'd strongly advise anyone considering it to run in the opposite direction.

Worst food service I ever faced, they made me wait 40 mins to bring the wrong soup, later food is served cold and after 1.5hrs. When we asked the staff about the food, they were not ready to talk properly and said rudely to wait. Never visit City Point Hotel. It would be better if I have visited to some other restaurant. I would give ZERO star out of 10.

This restaurant made our celebration night a worst. decision to have dinner at this place where you order food at 8.20 pm nd after so many times of asking about food we get manchow soup at 8.55 pm and which we didn't ordered, even after that nd so much of wait at 9.15 pm we receive our other orders which were too much cold and it seems to be made before a hour. Never ever recommend.

This place is best hotel in this city. Highly recommended. Lovely food . Affordable room . I have stay 2 nights here with family . All the experience was awesome and so lovely.

Everything is perfect, you will love the taste of food as well as class n quality of rooms.. I didn't found anything non satisfying till date.. If I found anything, will post or edit here
