Hotel Gaytri Palace

One Star I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Gayatri Place. When I requested the waiter, Pawan, to turn on the fan at my table because it was too hot, instead of helping, he rudely asked me to change my table and sit somewhere else. This shows a complete lack of respect for customer preference. Things got worse when I ordered Kaju Paneer but was served Kaju Curry--a totally different dish. When I pointed this out, the manager replaced it, but only as a formality, without any genuine apology or effort to make things right. The service was unprofessional and the staff's attitude was unacceptable. I won't be visiting again, and I don't recommend this place to anyone who values decent service.

The room was not good for corporate or individual stay. There is no TV and Bed metress was so tough to sleep.

Room condition is very poor and room charges very high. Cigrate smelling all time... I think you should try to book your hotel in bikaner city. According to Hotel menegment AC is always fixed at 25 temp every time. If you try to book this hotel...God bless you.

Food food Good fastfood

Doesn't even deserve a single star but that is necessary to give in order to proceed. Horrible place and horrible owners. Very bad service and the owners lack manners of speaking. Very bad behavior and awful services. Full of dirt and rubbish things.
