The Marutinandan Grand, Nathdwara

Service could be much better. We checked at front desk while check-in at around 11:45PM in the night about a check out at 11:30AM however at 10:30AM , Nikita was all behind us to check out immediately before 11AM even though it was off season and the hotel seems quite empty. I have requested her to call Manik, the front desk manager who has confirmed to check out by 11:30AM as we were travelling with small kids from long distance but she was not ready to listen to the request or even bothered calling him. I would suggest the management to train the staffs.

We enjoyed dinner.The gujarati thali wih authentic plates has a wonderful meal. THE AMBIANCE IS QUITE GOOD.Mr Jay Singh's service during our meal was top notch.Would surely recommend this resto and hotel. WE HAD A WONDERFULLY EXPERIENCE

Recently me and my family visited here as per the 5 star property nothing is great to talk about. when we entered in to the room the bedsheets were not neat and clean, kettle was not clean, tv wasn't working well as well as the balcony door was broken, Game zone was under maintenance. The only good thing was food it was great . I would say it's not worth it worst experience after spending money.

Really a very wonderful hotel, very good location in the middle of the mountains, on one side there are highways, on the other side there are mountains, Shiv statue and the stadium offer a very beautiful view, very beautiful entry and a big reception hall with smiley staff and managers, I parked my car at the basement safely and attended the marriage for two days in luxury feeling. Kids used the swimming pool and enjoyed a lot. Next time I would like to go again with the family.

Stayed for 1 night at this hotel with our family. Location of the property is excellent Rooms are very specious pool was neet and clean and food was delicious. Especially thali was delicious the front office staff is very helpful especially ms Vaishali she is very polite

We found this hotel facilities best in the class. All staff is very courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Food is very delicious and hygienic. Overall we are extremely happy to have chosen to stay here.

Mrs Maya is very cooperative and helpful .Happy to book our rooms in The Maruti Grand. Quite nice experience with wonderful staff and awsome food!! Surely recommend to have stay in this 5 star hotel!!!

This place is very good stay with Families and food is also very good Mr Amit is help us to get best room they pool , indoor games , big ground , outdoor amenities so it was good experience please go head without any doubts
