Hotel Surya Vilas palace

Heaven for destination wedding On 13 and 14 december 2024 our wedding festivities took place at hotel Surya Vilas palace .it is a heritage property on agra jaipur highway. Property has a big lawn at the front to host 1000s of guests,it also has a beautiful baradari surrounded by lush green plantation at the heart of the main compound. Dedicated space to host cocktail parties and sufi nights and a beautiful swimming pool . We spend there two days and enjoyed every second of it . Choosing this property for our special day was the best decision. Some highlights Rooms- rooms were clean and spacious with proper ventilation,Linen were clean and bathrooms have all the necessary amenities. Service - service was quick and mr abhishek made sure that we didn't have any issue and our stay remains hassle free. Food- main highlight was the food , whether it is Indian,chinese or South Indian. At each occasion they served delicious food. Property - heritage property with lush green interior compound. Our mehndi and feras took place at the beautiful baradari. Haldi took place at the swimming pool ,which has dedicated space to dance and chill. Sangeet and reception took place at the lawn. Main highlight of this property was vermala ceremony which took place at the facade and gave a royal and luxurious experience. Our whole stay was amazing,hotel staff and the owner mr diwan singh ji made sure that we didn't face any issue and our special moments become even more special .

I recently visited this property for a friend's wedding and it was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The check-in was smooth, and our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a stunning view. The wedding events were flawlessly executed. The banquet staff was attentive and incredibly professional, ensuring everything ran on time and all guests were well taken care of. The food? Absolutely delicious -- each meal felt like a gourmet experience. The hotel also had great amenities: the pool area was perfect for relaxing between events.

It was a great and peaceful experience. It's a really big and calm property and is also a pet friendly hotel. There are no pet friendly hotels near by and this was the best. I took my Dog Loki and he absolutely loved this place. They also gave food options for my dog which was considerate. The property had an amazing pool. It was over all a peaceful and calm experience. Must check out this place if you want a calm and peaceful weekend and also want a pet friendly location.

Staff is good. Property is also good but some feedback On the day on check in , rooms were not ready comforter was stained, water leakage was in washroom, floors were dirty, we had to ask for tea coffee sachet and cattle in the room which was not provided. TV was not working no one checked, no network in rokms and wifi only works in lobby. On the day of check out water bottle not provided,guest will have to purchase, suggest please visit other hotels to see how and what services to be provided if u change.

My cousin booked this hotel for his wedding due to its great view and architecture but the location of this hotel was not so great trash lying outside hotel which you smell inside the hotel. Rooms were good but on 2nd floor ac can't work cause they installed 2 star ac of 1 ton they don't even have ac remotes service was so poor. Manager was arguing agressively with everyone. Mistreated by the staff overall they trashed up the wedding which is important and once in a lifetime event of someone's life.

I've booked it for family function. I'm surprised to read the reviews posted by people who call it not a Three Star Property. 1st one must understand that it is not regular hotel. It's a place of function largely and group travelling. However seeing the cost something even if exists can be ignored. Just going negative on internet for someone whom you have failed to understand is not fair. Palatial property, courteous owner, gentle staff. Why you need professional type trained fellow who does not have heart rather more brain in hospitality.

Scenic property with generous staff offering good food and amazing facilities. I got my engagement done from here and was pleased with the decor and all other services a bride expects on her big day.. Thank you for hosting us and making our decision right to choose you guys

The property looks haunted..I wasted my time going there..Not worth a penny..The owner, Dewan Singh, is so cheap that he is unable to refund Rs.2000 that i gave as advance.Every time you call he says TOMO.Please dont spoil your vacation going there..Dirty experience.. The hotel was partly occupied by a HORROR movie crew..and the atmosphere was completely haunted..My child was so scared that she wanted to move out immediately. We called the owner and he agreed for advance return..we looked for other hotels and booked Grand Barso hotel at double the price of Surya Vilas. When i called this Dewan Singh for return the next day he said it will be refunded today and you proceed your way back to Delhi.. And over a month Dewan Singh kept on cheating that he is busy in hospital and busy with his daughters wedding and everytime he would say that my boy will call u and refund the money.. He is such a cheat and you can imagine the condition of hotel given the fact the the owner is incapable and unwilling to return a meagre sum of Rs.2000 which is promising to return everyday.. I never thought such people existed..Please avoid such a hotel guys..
