Raj Darbar Hotel

Our experience at Raj Darbar Hotel was terrible. Not only was the room dirty and not as shown online, but the owner's behavior was shockingly rude. When we raised genuine concerns about the room and booking for 5 adults, he spoke aggressively, refused to listen, and made us feel completely uncomfortable and harassed. There was no professionalism or respect for guests. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. The owner's behavior alone is reason enough to never book here. Total disappointment.

We booked Raj Darbar Hotel for 5 adults based on online photos showing proper bedding. At check-in, we were given a dirty, smelly room that could barely fit 4 people. The bedsheets were filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, and nothing matched what was shown online. When we complained, the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. This place is completely misleading and unprofessional. Do not book this hotel.

Owner Behaviour not good. Rooms not good. Room bed sheets dirty. Rooms alotment late kept waiting for 2 hrs. Room Service not good. No 24 hrs hot water provision for fresh up in bathroom. Rooms allotment at 12 pm and hot water stops after 11 am . Rooms and location was not as shown in photos. Very Bad Experience.

Terrible experience. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The owner was extremely rude and even harassed us when we complained. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Location of this hotel is great to travel around Nakki Lake. They are a three floored hotel in the lane opposite Arbuda Restaurant. They have clean rooms, air conditioning and rental bike facilities. Facilities aren't that great, and most care takers are a bit rude but there is a helper called 'Mahender' who is always ready to help. You can even call them up if you want to order food or get something to your room like food, beverages, toiletries etc.

Nice Experience Stayed there for 2 days, location is in centre of Abu all other places are in walking Distance. Hotel Food and Service is also nice.Room view is also wonderful ( I have shared the Pic with this post ) .Only issue is lift is not available.

The online images and those sent by the owner both looked great, but the room was actually the worst ever--unclean, overpriced, and with pathetic service.
