Rooms are very nit and clean. And food is also very tasty and affordable

That's great.. Best service ever I have been seen in any hotel... Any think you demand within a minute they serve you.. Very cooperative..

They are kind of, I would say, frauds. We had a valid booking through booking.com. When we arrived, they showed us a room which is not at par with the photos. Then they said we can stay for one day only and will then shift us to a nearby hotel as they are overbooked. Never been through this kind of experience anywhere else in India, despite a confirmed booking. I would suggest, strictly avoid staying here.

Don't book a room at Hotel Oasis, Mount Abu , you may be looted. Hotel staff show you a room witch is very good and if you finalize then you will be asked to carry your luggage into the hotel. When you reach the reception, they will tell you the room you chose has been booked by another guest who came before you and after this game will start. Staff show you another room that will not be as per your expectations. Once the guests come to reception they think we should compromise with the room and take another room offered by staff which have lower tariffs. I want to say they show us very good room and when we arrive for check in then they offer another room with same price. This fraud is going on at Hotel Oasis, Mount Abu.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Stayed here recently and was disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets and curtains were dirty. The building's acoustics were terrible, making it hard to sleep due to constant noise. No hot water, which is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel. Not worth the cost.

Excellent staff. Awesome service. Rooms are spacious. Very very courteous and friendly staff. They go to great lengths to fulfill the requirements. Lets my experience has been very good for my first day stay. I am staying for 2 more nights and I am confident I and my guests will not be disappointed.

I recently stayed at Hotel Oasis and was appalled by the lack of basic amenities. There was no hot water, and there was no Wi-Fi despite it being advertised. The room was dirty, with stained bed sheets and moldy bathrooms. The TV didn't work, and there were no facilities for making tea or coffee. To top it off, the soaps given were of 2years before and the constant loud voices from other rooms and rent for 1N was 2-2.5k which is not at all worth.. this room is not worth 500Rs

Very dirty rooms and owner is very arrogance person and very rood person
