No lifts available, you have to climb 3 floors if you opt for non AC room. Drinking water is provided only if you ask for and later on charge for it without prior intimation. Rooms don't have dustbin, bath linen, glass for drinking water. Each item is provided only if asked for. If you can't provide basic things in a room, why charge Rs. 1500 for a non AC room? Definitely, won't recommend

This was a good stay. Comfortable beds, AC worked very well, our bicycles were stored safely overnight and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you hotel Rana :)

It is the Main market Reception Staff is too supportive and Great Good pricing They provide food from outside but the taste of the food is very good Will recommend this for staying in Merta.

Owner did good initial investment. But also require investment in maintaining the same. Colour and plaster at some places get damaged. Need to improve ventilation in closed room to get rid of smoking and other smell. Staff is good and cooperative. Food is also good. Overall good experience.

Requirement of a five star hotel such as daily room cleaning, dining table and chair in room, best reception services, extended breakfast, publicly available telephone for guests, mini refrigerator in the hotel every room, deposit possibility and of the rooms with 35" Samsung TV-color together with remote control.

Worst hotel in Merta , have request don't go there with family or official. Staff behaviour is very bad and hotel service is also bad . Bad experience in this hotel

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rana Inn. The hotel staff were very cordial and attended to every need of the customer. Room was all tidy, clean and followed COVID 19 protocol. Manish who attends the reception desk was very friendly and professional. He went out of the way to help us in various ways including hotel stay, cab, food and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend to all who wish to visit Merta City to visit holy place like Charbuja ji temple, Meerabai smarak and other historical places here. Thank you so much. Lovely Rajasthan.
