Hotel Surpin Palace

At a nice location near the railway station road. Have a decent space to organise marriage, Birthday or party functions.

This place is generally known for the organising of events and functions. It contains a small garden area and banquet hall for organising the functions. Rooms are okay. Due to it's location on the main road parking of vehicles is a big issue. Food was okay in taste, not great.

I had a wonderful experience at the surpin palace. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Food was excellent |Overall, I had a great experience with surpin palace staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate any event wedding, birthday,etc.

They didn't give us the room which we chose, moreover the condition of the alloted room was way too poor, especially the blankets were too old, and dirty, even had holes in it. Even after we asked them to change the blankets, another ones were still somewhat in the same condition. But except that, overall service is fine and location is good too coz you can get autos and cabs even at 5am easily

Overall my experience with this hotel was good , The front desk manager and other staff were polite and attentive every time. I observe they are fresher but they work nicely. The rooms were neat and clean, big size rooms and washrooms are really rare to see nowadays, location is good about 1.8 km from kota junction. I had breakfast there, an awesome veg sandwich and poha, In my tariff it was not complimentary (i didn't choose so) . Tarrif was average. But they have strict policies , even all rooms were vacant still they not allowed to stay a more signle hour. Check out time is 12 pm and I was requesting to check out at 1 pm , but they clearly decline by saying you have to pay for that. But it's all ok for me. They are committed with their policies . (I cut 1 star for this only) Should try it once ...

Dont consider it a hotel. It's a banquet hall which charge for their rooms per stay. Their rooms were in a bad condition. The hotel manager was doubting us as we were three, me, my wife and my brother in law. They were questioning about my brother in law's surname as mine and my wife Sur name is Sharma. This is so stupid. I was told they are questioning because police may visit anytime to check the guests details. Which means there is no privacy. Another worst part is room's switches are not working, door locks are not working, Dirty bedsheets, no mortein liquid for mosquitoes was provided even after asking several times, ordered tea with french fries and it was below average, this whole place needs maintenance. Dont go with outer beauty as from inside it's just a stinky place.

This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay nearby railway station and still want it to be a good and elegant stay. The room service for food takes quite sometime but the food is good. The charges they tell you is excluding GST and it was my concern because at last O had to pay around 500rs extra as GST which they didn't told me on arrival. It charges anything around 2000+ rs for 24 hours of stay irrespective of their checkout time.

I stayed here for a night on a business trip and had a memorable stay. Washroom was clean and hygienic. Interiors are soothing. Room size was pretty large. Lawn was beautiful with fresh air. Staff id helpful and accommodating. Overall I had a pretty good experience.
