Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had one of the worst stays at this hotel due to the extremely unprofessional night staff. At 5:30 AM, they were blasting loud music right outside my door, and when I complained, they moved behind my room and continued , completely disregarding my request for peace and quiet. It was impossible to get any sleep. On top of that, the linens were stained and unclean, the water tap was faulty, and the night manager was incredibly rude and lacked basic etiquette when addressing concerns. Whoever owns this place seriously needs to take action because the staff is driving travelers away with their unprofessional behavior. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Save your money and book elsewhere!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time and after seeing such bad service, I will never book in this hotel again. There was no soap in the room and the towel was torn and the room service guy comes in without asking. Never take breakfast includes, pay for it and they will just give 2 pratha and coffees morning. There is no WI-FI in the room and then they will ask to shift the room. And no RO water in Room they just filled the jug don't know the Ro water aur a Normal tap water.

I recently stayed at Hotel Navrang for a two-day trip to Kota, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. However, the washrooms were quite small and lacked an exhaust fan, which was a bit inconvenient. The food served at the hotel was tasty, although room service was somewhat slow. On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby market and easy access to local attractions. The cost was reasonable, and the staff were cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. Despite a few minor issues, I enjoyed my time at Hotel Navrang and would recommend it for a short stay in Kota.

A great hotel for short stays! The building has a charming old-style vibe with vintage furniture. The food and service are good. The staff is very welcoming and polite.

Navrang hotel is one of the best in Kota in their price range. The services are quick and the staff is quite helpful. I highly recommend This to everyone.

Excellent Service. Cooperative and polite staff. Located in central location of adalat chauraha, easy access to transport means. Food Quantity and quality Excellent with reasonable prices. Rooms are clean. Old fridges need to be taken away, save some space . vikas Shrivastava Manager behavior is very good.

Room was below average . Manager name Surendra behavior was very rude and unprofessional . Only good thing is location but adviced to take nearby hotel . Heritage is only for its name , nothing like that so kindly avoid After the review vikas ji from the management part has talked and sorted out all the problem and very professional and helpful person So increasing the rating in hospitality.
