Hotel Narayanam

Overall experience was quite good. The room service people was good . They have one restaurant in the top, it is a veg restaurant. Food is good there. Location is also good. I was expecting a premium experience from them, but there are certain things which i think the hotel management should look into. First of all, the washroom cleaning, room cleaning, lobby area cleaning, and restruant cleaning. Overall all staffs were good.

No good service....I have to go and ask the reception for water 3-4 times...each time they say ...yes we will provide it soon....if I could give 0 star to service ...it will be good ....Can't even have a refill of Chhola in the restaurant... Room service is personally the worst

Good, decent hotel for a night stay. Polite staff. In market location. Quiet and most importantly clean bathroom with hot and cold water. Breakfast was included which was hygenic . Room size was manageable. Worth the price I paid for. Booked via Goibibo.

Scammed and stranded by this hotel! They don't have basic decency or ethics. We went there after a verbal booking (because they don't take advance for bookings and themselves suggested that verbal confirmation is enough and assured us that our room is booked for the dates we wanted). But when we reached there they simply backtracked - they seemed to be getting good business as only one room was available and so now perhaps did not like the rates at which we had booked earlier. To our utter shock they hiked the price on the spot, when I argued a lot, they agreed to give room at earlier price but removed the breakfast that was part of the deal originally. This was my first case of being scammed by a hotel after making a booking. Imagine going to a new town with your family and then finding out that you have been duped by the hotel!

New hotel; management has no hospitality experience. Cleanliness is sub-standard. Bathrooms have some kind of bad odour and bed-sheets don't seem to be replaces after each guest visit. Staff still tries to make up for low experience. Rooms are extremely compact. No safes available. Restaurant is also new with good interiors and good views but lighting spoil the views at night. Food taste is ordinary.

Bad experience in hotel , tv not working properly , bathroom shower not working properly, but room was quite good nd clean , not offering tea nd sugar

One of the best hotel in this price range. Staffs are nice. Restaurant is good but only veg available there. You can bring foods from outside veg or non-veg.

Nice palace for stay for parents coaching students and others. Nearby all coachings. Service by management very good. Supportive behaviour.
