Hotel Madhushree

The services in the restaurant have severely deteriorated.The manager is clueless about hospitality. Waiters do not even have any appreciation of customer services. The whole staff should be trained in the aspects of hospitality in the service industry! If they are not trainable, then they should be replaced as customer expect better services!

hand fountain is broken, not repaired. ||There is no control on temperature of water for bathing. ||It takes too much time for heating the water in bathroom due to old type of gyser. |Request to change the all old gyser and put Solar if possible. thanking you

Hotel is neat and clean. They have decent staff. Food is tasty . Own bakery shop and beautiful restaurant area to enjoy tasty food. The fish aquarium is add-on to it's beauty. I recommend Rajashthani thali (daal baati and other stuffs). Served with authentic taste and delicacy. Hotel is nice place to stay and enjoy good food. Parking is available with guards assistance.

I have never seen such a pathetic set of hospitality services ever in my life. 1. Rooms: horrendous conditions of the rooms. Felt as if someone had just smoked their lungs out in the rooms they showed to us. Bathrooms were pathetic in terms of cleanliness, insects here and there. Commode was full of hair. 2. Front desk: hospitality industry is expected to have working personals who know how to talk to their customers. The front desk manager is one of the worst managers I have ever seen as he took zero responsibility of the condition of the rooms, was doubting every statement we made with a smirk and put all the blame on the cleaning people. The hotel higher management should realise that front desk manager like these are the reason your hotel is empty because he does not how to treat his customers. He should be taught hotel management 101 courses as it clearly felt he is the worst person to have as the face of the hotel. He even had the audacity to send us an email of thank you for staying with us, while we did not even stay at the hotel. Shameless! 3. Parking: no proper parking is available so you are on your own.

The manager of the restaurant is very rude. The staff told us to hurry with the order as acco to them.. there is too much rush.. even when half of the tables were vacant. Quoting his statement" paneer dal roti ji jaegi abhi to" Like we were sitting at some dhaba. They told that masala papad will take 25 min as the chef is busy with bigger orders Zero quality food.. too much waiting time.. And the staff.. I don't think they belong to the sector of hospitality. A big No to Madhushree restaurant Kota.

Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.||Room service item must have complimentary like onion slices, lemon and likes.||Being besides city's best park and around the leading shopping centre/ malls add to the pleasure. ||City view from room is so nice. One can spend hours seating on windows of the room

The hotel is ideally located near business hub. I stayed for business trip and found good place to stay.||Rooms and amenities are upto the expectations, homely environment friend staff members with helpful service attitude. ||Restaurant and roomservice food was very good and morning breakfast also was of good standard with variety of choices |I recommend hotel madhushree for business traveller's, looking for stay at kota

It was really pathetic experience at hotel Madhushree. The price of the hotel was unreasonable as per the facilities and services proved by the hotel. The master lock of the door was non functional, kettle in the room was not working, knobs used to turn on the showers were dismantled. Bathroom items provided were used and soap, shampoo were unavailable. Slippers not provided by the hotel. Towels provided were torn and old. Room was not neat and was substandard, it was smelly. Television provided by the hotel was just useless as it could not come to life even after multiple attempts of service staff. Overall it was worst an experience.
