The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a particularly great bed. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of all the main attractions. We loved the breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance and the common areas were very well-maintained.

Least minimum a hotel can do is a complementary water bottle, for me its only about paying 30 Rupees but for a hotel it's about serving free water bottle at least? Washrooms were smelly and not clean.

These guys are scammers. I went downstairs and saw they're running a scam call center from it. Don't pay this hotel any money! They ruin your life.

Luxury stay and mind-blowing service Tasty food

Had a very hassled experience with the hotel staff. I have pre paid and booked 7 rooms, My guests have checked into 4 rooms with 3 rooms in spare. The staff was ignorant enough to NOT tell guests(even after I have mentioned this to staff) to use spare rooms and checked in extra guest into one of the rooms to add up a hefty charge from me. this means that I have paid for 7 rooms, used 4 rooms only and still had to pay extra charges because of staff ignorance/plan to charge extra. I was not at the hotel, and I started getting calls to pay the extra charges, without sharing itemized bills. staff was also unable to explain break-up of total amount that they were asking. after asking multiple times I got a hand written note in few hours with composite charges for services used(even this did not had item wise charges). Even after payment, I am yet to receive a proper bill stating service used and charges applied for it.

My stay at Hotel Crown Royal was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the grand lobby, I was greeted by the attentive and courteous staff, who made me feel instantly welcome. The hotel's elegant decor and stylish furnishings created a sophisticated ambiance that exuded luxury and comfort.

The hotel is very affordable. Rooms at this price also give you a luxury feel. The rooms are very clean. The staff of the hotel is very humble, you can easily reach here. There is also a restaurant in the wedding hotel where you can easily make your own. You can also do lunch dinner breakfast, all types of facilities are available in this hotel and you can also book online, I can recommend you this hotel, you can easily stay here without any problem.

Unhygienic food , room quality is not good according to price , bad staff behaviour I'll not prefer this hotel
