Hotel Anand - Luxury Budget Hotel Kota

The staff was very cooperative moreover the food we enjoyed it alot . Keep it up guys

This is one of the oldest hotels of Chhawani in Kota city. Prime location but now considering current scenario it is bit old style in terms of facility. It is one of the most famous and biggest landmark once, say a decade back, for Chhawani area.

The rooms are ok but there was a mouse inside the cupboard, no exhaust fan in bathrooms, food is so expensive yet not tasty. Overall it's okay for a stay if you're traveling for business or if you just need a place to sleep.

I would definitely rate the experience 4/10 or less. The hotel gave us rooms on the ground floor, which is where the lobby is and the staff used to make a lot of noise till at least 1230 am! It was impossible tp sleep! And I had to tell them at least thrice for them to some what quiten down. ||Then of course there were other things like a not so clean bathroom, extra charge for room service!||But the biggest problem with it was the fact that they didn't make our bill till 5 mins before we had to leave for the station, when we had told them an hour in advance to prepare them. And then, the food bills came upto 1,300 or so. We were about to just pay and leave (because we were getting late!), but luckily better sense prevailed and we looked at the billls. At least bills worth rs 400- Rs 500 were fake! We never ordered or ate any of what it said. On getting upset, they just very casually removed those bills and told us to pay the rest of it!! It definitely seemed like they were trying to cheat us! Otherwise, some of the staff was helpful in other things, but that was definitely not enough to make up for the above.

Its a average experience with this hotel cleanliness maintained, honestly taking care of guest good experience nice tripe and nice staff. But service need to be improved in fast manner, The quality of food was very good. The complimentary breakfast provided by then was also very hygienic. Rooms were spacious but in budget. Try AC rooms.

Stayed in this hotel for a few hours...Its a very down market hotel but in the kind of money they charge one just cant get better rooms...||||The bed sheet was stinky and the room was possibly smallest i ever stayed in...The average rate for single AC was 950 and they offer 24 hrs check out..||||A hotel of this sort will always ask for advance and their credit card machine would always be faulty....The restaurant next door serves good food. The picture one sees is extremely misleading...first impression of room was a big let down..

I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago. It was the worst place I've stayed in India in my 3 months if traveling. The service from all the staff was very poor. The managers attitude was the worst I've after received. He was so rude. It was a good job it was just for 1 night as I don't think I could have stayed any longer. In fact kota as a whole isn't really a place to come if your a western traveler. Don't stay at this place

Place give some sought of damp feeling. Washrooms are not in good condition. General hospitality is good. Room service for tea/coffee etc is dependent on nearby restaurants so you have to wait until it open by 7.30am. finally bargaining can save money as charges are not fixed.
