Disappointing Experience - Misleading Online Availability I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked a room online, and the system showed that five rooms were still available. However, when I arrived at 2 AM, the receptionist simply said, "Sorry, no rooms available." No apology, no alternative solution--just a complete disregard for my booking. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. If rooms are not available, why does the website still show availability? Arriving late at night, tired after a long journey, only to be turned away is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliability and proper service.

Zero star hotel. They do not honor online booking. If this continues then I am not sure if people will stay here. It seems good reviews that they have got are paid once. Do not put any effort in booking this hotel.

Never book this property!!!!! Worst hotel experience. Denied booking made through goibibo. Despite informing that I was going to be late. Staff didn't call before cancelling. Then not even giving refund. And asking full amount again to do the booking. In the middle of the night. With nowhere to go. Pathetic service. Not even connecting me to the hotel manager.

I've never stayed at this hotel, but based on the negative Google reviews, I decided to call and check their rates. To my surprise, they quoted me double the price listed online. When I mentioned that I could book online for a cheaper rate, they responded by saying I could go ahead, but they wouldn't be able to provide a room as they were 'fully booked.' This clearly indicates how unprofessional this hotel is, using online booking platforms just to attract footfall. Once you arrive, they refuse to honor the online booking and expect you to pay their inflated prices. This is a deceptive practice and speaks volumes about their lack of integrity.

Pathetic Experience, I booked an executive room online through Agoda but when I reached the hotel they denied check-in stating that there prices are higher than as mentioned online. When I contacted Agoda Customer executive, they made a call to the hotel but the receptionist didn't pick the call. The hotel staff forced me to book the room again offline at 3 times the online price. After a delay of around 2 hours and numerous calls with agoda platform, they finally allowed to check-in but the room was in miserable condition. Floor was not mopped, bedsheet had stains, No toiletries, geyser wasn't working, the room was stinking and many more. The reception staff was so ignorant and rude as if they were willingly trying to make my stay problematic. This incident ruined my trip. Surely not gonna choose this Hotel again. I request to all, please avoid it if you wanna have a peaceful stay. They are not accepting online bookings. Hotel Ten11 is a better option available nearby. Only thing that could be appreciated was quick response from Agoda customer care team. Thankyou!! Choose wisely.
