CRYSTAL INN HOTEL

Bitter experience of staying here. I stayed here for 2 days with my family. I booked 3 rooms. First of all Their King size rooms were so small. The Bed couldn't fit a 6ft person on it. Washroom were also very small. They offered me a suite room, But the bed was still small even though the room was big enough. Found a spider in Bed. TV was not working. The wires were cut. I asked for wifi password but they said it is not working. The service is good but the Amenities were poor.

Located in the Dadabari area, I stayed here for a long period for business purposes. I have not ried food here but They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner directly to your room. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping service is excellent, and the staff is very cooperative. Parking available. Highly recommended for both families and solo travelers.

Great location. Economic rooms . Food is also very tasty. You can go with family.

Hotel is placed at a good location, food is overrated though.... otherwise it's good to stay here

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not properly maintained and lacked hygiene. The size of the rooms was extremely small, much smaller than depicted in the outdated images shown during booking. The walls were cracked, the washroom lights were not functional, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Additionally, some rooms were uncomfortably close to the reception area, resulting in a lack of privacy due to people constantly congregating nearby.

The hotel management is so supportive. They managed to change the room when I found the one I had got not appropriate. Food was good. Staffs are supportive. They handled my luggage from outside to the hotel and also dropped it to the outside after check out.
