Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Kota

This was the fourth hotel on our Jules Verne tour of Northern India, and we spent 1 night here. On arrival, we were very impressed by the spacious and airy Reception area, and particularly appreciated the cool arrival drinks, as our journey from Ranthambore had been quite lengthy. Staying at an international chain hotel such as a Radisson means that the rooms are usually comfortable, rather than luxurious, and the Country Inn & Suites was no exception in this regard. We did appreciate the complimentary fruit and biscuits that were left in our room, which were a nice touch. We were put in room 303, which was quiet and had a nice view over the City Park. For a short stay, the location of the hotel is good, as it is close to both the City Park (we really enjoyed this - definitely worth paying to visit) and the City Mall (we visited this as well, but there wasn't much of interest for us there - and the ATMs shown on Google don't exist).||One of the main advertised features of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool, but unfortunately this wasn't a great experience. The pool was frequented by large flocks of pigeons, with the ensuing mess being clearly visible - there didn't seem to be much evidence of regular cleaning or maintenance. There was also little seating and nowhere to get pool towels. The pool was ok for a short swim, but definitely not somewhere you would want to spend a lot of time. The rooftop bar did not look very inviting either.||Our group of 10 went to the lobby bar to have some drinks before dinner, but this was a poor experience. The bar staff were slow to take orders, slow to bring the drinks, and even slower to bring the bills over. Given that we were the only people in there, this was totally baffling. It was boiling hot in there as well. The final straw came when a more senior member of staff came in, and then promptly switched one of the TVs on so that he could watch the cricket. We then headed up to the restaurant to be met with similarly poor levels of service - despite there being a lot of waiting staff, they seemed to be unable to efficiently take and bring drinks orders, and we saw that some of them were watching the cricket on small screens as well. The food itself was good, although there was less choice than we would have expected at an international chain hotel.||Overall, whilst there were some good things about the Country Inn & Suites, the poor service and unkempt pool area really let it down. It's fine for 1 night, but we'd recommend going elsewhere for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the country inn & suites, The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in morning and found the location convenient, close to major attractions, specially we would like to thank Mr Chandan Kumar who ensured a comfortable stay and Mr Chinmay for great hospitality.|||| Overall, we highly recommend hotel for your next travel adventure

Rooms are good, comfortable. Good location ofbthe hotel, connectd to the main road, but also Peaceful. The best is the buffet served. Enjoy the food, so much of variety of the food in every section. It's a pity that the review must continue till 200 characters.. ,;)

Mosaic restaurant's food is the best and service the very best.|Some names like Balai, Mamta I would like to mention since their service was just superb.||We had breakfast,lunch and dinner ,and it was a pleasure with wonderful ambience.|Hotel staff courteous.|However the guest rooms need some maintenance..|The carpet was stained and has scope for improvement.Plus the housekeeping staff has to thoroughly clean the room before handing over the room to the guest.|When we checked in the room was not appropriately clean ,but it was wonderfully addressed by hotel staff after I raised my concerns.Thanks to Mr Chandan ,he made sure that my concerns were immediately addressed.|Over all Wonderful experience and staff members rush to resolve any issues that come up . Stay is very comfortable the staff is very humble and polite. They helped alots|Mr. Suraj at reception he take care all the things of us from check in to check out he arranged for us a taxi. Also the stay is very much comfortable. We will visit again soon

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Country Inn. The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made my experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to attender Kartavya Rathod, whose professionalism and dedication stood out. He was extremely courteous, attentive to details, and ensured that all my needs were met with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing ambiance. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Hotel Country Inn for a comfortable and memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again!
