Hotel Review: Clarks Premier, Kota I recently had the pleasure of staying at Clarks Premier, Kota, and my experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff, especially Renu, made sure I felt welcome. She was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The ambiance is luxurious yet cozy, making it a great place for both business and leisure travelers. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety of options. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from the entire staff. Renu and her team ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process, provided helpful local recommendations, and maintained a warm, friendly attitude throughout. Overall, Clarks Premier, Kota stands out for its hospitality and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again! (5/5)

This was certainly one of the positive aspects of the stay. Rooms: The rooms were just okay, but definitely not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. There were no slippers provided, and tissue paper was also missing. The doors had visible cracks, which affected the overall ambiance and comfort of the room. Additionally, the A/C was not functioning properly during my stay. In the middle of the night, the air conditioning stopped cooling, which made the room uncomfortable to sleep in. Service: The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. Food: The food provided was just average, nothing exceptional. It was not up to the quality one might expect from a 4-star hotel. Room Amenities: There were no additional fragrances in the room, which would have enhanced the experience. The overall amenities were quite basic. Conclusion: Overall, I would not classify Clarks Premier Hotel as a 4-star property. The experience was more in line with a 2- or 3-star hotel. While the staff was courteous and the location was good, the condition of the rooms, the issues with the A/C, and the average food quality leave much to be desired. I would not recommend this hotel for those expecting a true 4-star experience.

Had a lovely staycation at Clarks Inn Kota! The overall vibe was warm and welcoming. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with a decent view. The staff was absolutely courteous and service was always on point. Loved the authentic food and timely service at the restaurant. The live singer in the evening added a beautiful touch to the experience. The lobby and restaurant area were clean and nicely maintained. Though the pool could've been clearer, the stay overall was relaxing and memorable. Definitely worth a visit! Love the location of the place Account, I'm missing. Is there is no additional fragrance in the room.. Which makes the rooms more vibing

The existing reviews seem fake after what we experienced hosting a party in this hotel. Service was extremely pathetic with no accountability taken by the management after multiple complaints. Never coming back to this place and would not recommend it to others who plan to host anything memorable, this hotel will ruin it for sure.

Staff is super lazy and not willing to serve us. They were not refilling the serving dishes and guests were waiting. At the end of the party when family members got ready to eat on an extended table together they asked us to serve on our own as they were short of staff. No soup bowls were there and when we asked for salt ,I think they had gone to make it and took ages. I would not recommend this place for your gathering. They charge a lot and service is almost nil.
