Hotel Indraprastha Residency

It is good place for family functions. But it has sane issues like parking place is not avilable, no direct connectivity from main road. It connected by service road, rest room are nice. It has sufficient good room for stay. Staff are coprative. It has two halls and two open lawns .

Rooms are so smelly and wash rooms are not clean and maintained well and room service, house keeping noy available no entertenment facility available over all its a poor hotel

This is primarily geared towards a large number of guests who attend a marriage in their halls. The rooms were cheap and economical but the owner father-son duo could help themselves by improving the service. They have an in-house catering service so food can be ordered in room since this hotel is located in an isolated location away from the main city. Accessibility Features: No=Ramp access. It's very worst hotel management that I ever seen in my life , actually we had booked it for the marriage function for the 2 days ...but as per commitment of hotel owner they didn't provide us those facilitates. Like hotel rooms were not ready when we go for the check in...(Rooms were leaking and many of rooms toilets flushing system not working)They were not serious about the customer relation and the most important thing is that hotel owner and staff behaviour was ridiculously...their words like(in an angry mood) "HUM AAP LOGO KO SAVERE SE JHEL RAHE HAI". It was completely disgusting..."WORST HOTEL OF JHALAWAR"..

Good location , big AC rooms with clean bathrooms, large outdoor lawn for marriage and party celebration

Nice hotel but need more maintenance. Location wise it's good well connected to nearest railway station.
