Polo Heritage Hotel

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Polo Heritage Hotel and we had a great time. The room we had was lovely with a comfortable sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant was beautifully fitted out and the food excellent. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to our requirements. It was good to still in the quiet garden and see the different types of birds. It is a great family hotel and I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here . Greta & John Palmer

Staying at Polo Heritage with my group of friends this January was an absolute delight! The hotel's classic colonial architecture and lush gardens gave us the perfect blend of heritage charm and relaxing vibes. The staff went above and beyond, always cheerful and ready to help with local suggestions or quick service requests. We loved hanging out on the large patio areas in the evenings ,it was the ideal setting for chatting, playing music, and soaking in the cool Jodhpur breeze. The rooms were tidy, spacious, and cleaned daily to perfection. With cozy beds and warm lighting, the comfort level was spot on.||The food was outstanding we enjoyed everything from breakfast to dinner, especially the local delicacies that gave us a true taste of Rajasthan. The pool zone & their restaurant & lounge called Snaffles became our chill spot .This place felt both classy and homey, with just the right balance of privacy and open social spaces. It was an incredible experience, we couldn't have picked a better place to base our adventures in Jodhpur. My family and I spent three days at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was an excellent choice. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and meticulously clean, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The restaurant served fresh, mouthwatering, homely food that exceeded our expectations. The staff was genuinely welcoming, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Located in a serene and central area, this heritage hotel is just a 10-minute drive from all the top sightseeing spots. It's truly a fantastic value for the experience offered. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel--10/10!

They back out from there words n cheated us & bad behaviour take advantage of others majburi in night rate of garden was 2.50 lacs but in morning it was 5 lacs I was shocked I have to pay because I have booked this property for my daughter marriage. In marriage staff & daughters of Polo heritage mam take lunch & dinner without invitation so shameful. They charged unduly.I will request please never book this property.

Good spacious & airy rooms. Nice breakfast. Homely atmosphere. Well maintained & lush green surroundings.

The hotel location is in an ideal peaceful area away from the huzzle and buzzle of Jodhpur city. Majority of the rooms have been recently been renovated by the owners and provides an ideal place to relax and unwind. The garden area and the swimming pool are well maintained. The staff members are well mannered and very helpful. Overall a great experience.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 12 years! It just keeps getting better & better! It is an old Polo Family that run this beautiful hotel and the manager Balbir is just amazing! Nothing is too much trouble!! The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are all old marble. The food is fantastic and the position is quiet and beautiful. Breakfast on the lawn is my favourite! Honestly this is the best kept secret in Jodphur
