I recently stayed at Park Boutique in Jodhpur, and I must say, my experience was far from pleasant, primarily due to the abysmal service at the reception. The staff at the front desk displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, with no manners or helpfulness whatsoever. Upon check-in, I was met with disinterest and unwelcoming attitudes that set a negative tone for my entire stay. It's beyond frustrating when you approach the reception for assistance, only to be greeted with indifference and a dismissive demeanor. It's hard to believe that a hotel would employ staff who seem to have no understanding of basic customer service or hospitality. The lack of proper communication and a friendly approach left much to be desired. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like a bother to the reception staff. It's crucial for hotel personnel to at least exhibit a semblance of politeness and willingness to help, qualities that were sorely missing in this case. In short, if you are considering a stay at Park Boutique Jodhpur, be prepared for a disappointing experience due to their ineffective and rude front desk staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements appropriate training for their team, as no guest should ever have to endure this level of service.

The worst ever Client dealing at reception, booked room is allotted to someone else as per their convenience and with a lack of internal understanding I was waiting at reception with family and luggage for more than half an hour, I actually rate this at a low side of 3 star rating hotels. Secondly if the stay is for two nights isn't it the responsibility for providing drinking water for two days stay or replacing the empty sachets of tea coffee and sugar Never seen such poor management

Overall a very good hotel for family and for alone staff is very supportive. I recommend this for stay. Hospitality of this hotel is very impreesive

Hotel is reasonably priced, having nice clean and cosy rooms, the food and the service is awesome. We experienced great flexibility from the hotel management team in making our stay memorable. The hotel staff is very warm and cooperative.
