Great, modern rooms with a comfortable bed. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite but had to move as there was a strange loud noise coming out of the AC which was quite bothering during the night despite sleeping with earplugs. They moved us the next day to another room without hesitation which was great service. |The pool is quite small and only features some 4 fixed kind of sun beds, see picture. It was kind of ok for 1-2 hours after touring Jodhpur and not ideal to relay for a day if you're planning to do so. |Breakfast, as usual in India, was Indian-style. During dinner staff is quite overwhelmed when there are bigger groups staying at the hotel so it can take a while if you order a la carte and not joining the buffet. There are some staff members which are quite attentive, e.g. Manish - he was really doing his best to make us feel comfortable. They gave us a little goodbye cake on our last day of breakfast which was a very nice touch, though. The bar at the roof top is quite nice - so make sure you take a drink there. |Definitely recommend to stay there.

Had a really pleasant and comfortable stay with my family. Especially my toddler enjoyed a lot. The food, the staffs and overall hospitality was amazing. Himani and Tabassum were polite and assisted a lot during our stay. It was my first time in the property will come back definitely.

I was also impressed by the emphasis on guest satisfaction and service quality, which is a strong value at Novotel.|The property itself is well-maintained, combining modern comfort with a touch of Rajasthani heritage, which creates a unique experience for guest. My family and I recently had dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor at Novotel Jodhpur, and it was a truly 5-star experience. From the moment we were seated, the service was impeccable. Our server was incredibly attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The food was exceptional. We ordered the Rajasthani Thali and the pasta and each one was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. The fresh ingredients and authentic flavors really stood out. The ambiance of the restaurant was also lovely, providing a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for our family. We left feeling very satisfied and would highly recommend Novotel Jodhpur for a memorable dinner.

My recent stay at Novotel Jodhpur was, unfortunately, a mixed experience. While the hotel has potential, several areas left me disappointed. Check-in was quick, but I was immediately put off by the lack of hygiene at the reception area--there was visible dust and dirt behind the computer screens, which made me question the cleanliness standards overall. I had booked dinner as part of my stay, but the service was extremely slow, and the staff was inattentive. I eventually left the table without completing my meal. Breakfast wasn't much better--there was a bao counter set up, but when we ordered, it took nearly 20 minutes to serve because none had been prepared in advance. These delays reflected a serious lack of coordination and preparedness. A major concern was the lack of privacy and security. Since the rooms were small, we headed to the poolside at night for some fresh air and quiet. Unfortunately, our peaceful time under the stars was cut short when three individuals from the Eleve Lounge entered the area, sat uncomfortably close to us, and began smoking and using abusive language. It made us feel unsafe and forced us to leave. It was especially concerning that no staff were around to monitor or manage the situation. That said, the highlight of my stay was a thoughtful and personal gesture from Ms. Priyanka. She left a handwritten note in our room, recognizing my Silver loyalty status and offering helpful insights about the city. That kind of personal touch really stood out and was deeply appreciated amidst an otherwise underwhelming stay. Overall, while there were a few positive moments, the service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality need significant improvement for this property to truly meet the standards expected from a Novotel.

Being a repeat guest enjoyed every bit of my stay. We really liked Shweta's services and also liked food at restaurant and newly launch Eleve is fantastic. One finds evertbonv u der one roof which all the star hotels have. Thank you, great work

It was a pleasure stay... everything was excellent starting from welcoming experience by front desk staff and the room was also so Comfortable...eleve lounge on 8th floor servers delicious food...must visit place....each and everyone in the hotel always ready to help and really appreciate the front desk people's who helped us to plan our day itenary.... Definitely come here again.

One of the best managed 5 star properties in the region, Fantastic service and a very good value proposition. The Hotel is a Vegetarian only hotel with Jain and Sattvis food easily available. They have a very well equipped Gym and a nice roof top Pool as well. The rooms are modern and comfortable.
