Kankariya Heritage

A friend of mine and I were on a short holiday to Jodhpur. We had selected this botique hotel based on reviews posted by earlier guests. It has more than lived upto them. As an old prorperty converted into a homestay, it still has the ambience of the past era by retaining many features original to the property. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and polite. Its location is also a great asset as many sightseeing locations are easily accessible.The food is super.

One of the best hotels I stayed. The view is fabulous, good service. Food is fantastic. The design is mixed of modern and heritage architecture . Must try their Rajasthani cuisine.Car can also come to the hotel gate easily.

The room is beautiful and view is amazing. Service is good too and location is very convenient. Only thing YOU CANT GET THERE BY CAR!!! In case you're coming from the airport. Streets are super narrow. Other than that is a great hotel. Haven't tried the breakfast there but the facilities are nice and clean.

It was quite a challenge locating and reaching this hotel given the accessibility by road was quite challenging with super narrow streets. Once there, no parking as usual and we had to do with keeping our motorcycles on the street, someone actually moved them while we were out. The hotel itself was quite nice, wish our room had a window but for one night we did not fuss. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was bit small but equally nice. There were no hotels around which necessitated us to eat at the hotel terrace restaurant which was decent.

I had a wonderful experience at Kankiya Heritage! The birthday decorations were absolutely stunning -- elegant, creative, and perfectly set the mood for a memorable celebration. The attention to detail was impressive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The food was equally delightful -- every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. I stayed here for two nights and here's my honest review: Room Quality: Stayed in a room without window. Room was really very small and suffocating, although it was neat, there is no way one should pay 3.5k for that room. If you're planning to stay in similar room, think again. Room Hygiene: Okay Location: Not at all suitable for cars. The road leading up to the hotel is really horrible, full of potholes, wild dogs and cats. Preferable for people who are planning to roam around on foot/2 wheelers. Nearby to main city attractions. Food: Breakfast has very limited options, and is served cold. They really need to improve on this. Rooftop food is okay. Rooftop: The view from rooftop is fairly decent. Full marks for that. Staff: Courteous and warm, no issues faced. Overall, I still wouldn't prefer to stay again considering the exorbitant price we payed. Had an not so good stay experience here.

It was a great experience. The rooms & bathroom were clean. I have a obsession with clean and dry washroom and this hotel fulfilled my expectations. The service was really good and fast. The room was exactly shown in the photos We were really happy with our stay. Would recommend everyone to stay here in Jodhpur.

The location is great, but getting here between midnight and early morning can be quite challenging. The entrance is through the market gate, which remains closed during those hours. Only auto-rickshaws can access the area during that time, but even then, we had to persuade the drivers to take us when we arrived at 5 AM. After discovering the alternate route, we understood the difficulty. The room price was also a bit in the high side.
