Don't book this hotel... I book two person stay via make my trip with breakfast but thye told me if you want breakfast only order one plate. Room service is very poor. Wasting your money Please dont book this hotel

Hotel is good to stay, neat and clean rooms, service is very good, only hot water not available at tap, they provided hit water in bucket. Food quality is also good. Only disappointing is have Cokhroche is room. They spread medicine but does not worked. Recommend this hotel for stay. Staff is very polite.

I stayed with my family in 2 rooms on second floor with senior citizen parents but their was no complaint at all. Though the rooms are but smaller in size and that was the only thing at the beginning but after seeing the service hotel had to offer from delivering any type of food water at afternoon or late night the room size didn't matter. Also the food was amazing, chana masala roti and breakfast items like chole bature, Puri bhaji poha etc everything was perfect in taste and not to forget the chai was amazing. Overall perfect experience and thanks to Mr Leelaram for helping us with the nearby shopping spots and food corners. Thanks Monarch hotel for the wonderful stay.

very well maintained property, staff is good, food quality is very good, easy to access. overall a good and comfortable place.

Food quality was amazing, and the service peson was nice, but when I was gone one day at 10:30 reception staff told me that everything is closed but when I gone in restaurant earthing is open there. When you are working in hospitality business never say no with the customer it's directly impact with your business. That days my restaurant bill about to 6000. So please teach staff hospitality language. Guest is god.

Experience has been very nice. No complaints. Food quality decent, staff cooperative. Restaurant is decent. For the room rates, this living space is worth every penny.

The aesthetic of restaurant is next level. So well lit with positive aura and decor. From the ceiling to furniture everything is gorgeous. Talking about the food, it is also delicious. I highly recommend this place. Must visit
